DOUGLAS COUNTY POLICIES:
- This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and a fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited
- During inclement winter weather, either 4WD and snow tires or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snowstorm
- THIS UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS - Summit Village rule: owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster

Cozy stay, close to slopes

Our Tahoe cabin stay was fantastic! The location was super convenient, just minutes from the slopes. The cabin had all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces.The bedrooms were very warm, which was great after a day in the snow, though the air felt a bit dry—bringing a humidifier might help. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for a great trip!

Cute, but better for skiers.

Although it wasn't terribly hot, there was a small AC unit that only cooled one room. My kids loved the layout. It was a fun treehouse feel. I think this property is better for people traveling in the winter. We would also have liked to have had a cooler of some kind for taking food annd drinks to the beach areas for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving holiday! The place is very clean and close to the Heavenly Mountain Resort. Would recommend friends to stay here for a ski touring at Lake Tahoe.

Far enough outside of the hustle and bustle, but minutes from everything including the Carson City valley, which was an unexpected surprise. It's a split-level home so be prepared for stairs, but once you get used to it, it has all you need.

Perfect space for family vacation

My husband and I, along with our 3 teens, thoroughly enjoyed staying in this well appointed property. It was the cozy mountain "cabin" we were hoping for for our family's ski getaway. The setup was perfect for family togetherness as well as plenty of space for alone time. It snowed during our stay and we were pleased to see that the roads and parking lot were promptly cleared. It was just a short drive to the Heavenly California Lodge entrance and an even shorter drive to the Nevada side. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I, along with our 3 teens, throughly enjoyed our time in this property. It had a cozy cabin feel and was just the right space for family togetherness and alone time. We prepared many meals in the kitchen and were pleased to find that it had everything we could possibly need. It snowed during our stay and we were relieved that the parking lot and roads were promptly cleared of snow and ice. It was conveniently located to Heavenly Valley ski resort as well as loads of shops and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wedding Trip

We attending a wedding on the beach of South Lake Tahoe. This property was a short drive from all town activities, quiet, and comfortable. We also took a day drive to Carson City. Very convenient. The property was exactly as expected. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the rooms and the layout of this cozy, wood cabin. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi room! The cabin is conveniently located a short drive from South Lake Tahoe and the property owner was very good at communication!

Cabin in the pines

Adorable cabin, very unique. Close to both South Lake Tahoe and Gardnerville. It can get a bit warm on a summer afternoon but there are fans in every room which is great. Really nice washer and dryer, comfortable beds and all the kitchen tools that we needed. It does not have a grill but does have a range and oven.
