Located in the heart of the Stateline, NV side of South Lake Tahoe, you'll find this amazing home that's minutes from just about everything Tahoe has to offer such as; nearby beaches, Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, casinos, golfing and entertainment day and night here. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood with level access to the front door, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 2 living rooms, private semi enclosed hot tub and beautiful back deck for those summer gatherings for an experience to remember. \*\*Guests are allowed parking for 3 vehicles only. \*Only one car space in garage. (There is a free parking garage 1/2 mile from home. If you have a 4th car, you're allowed to park there free for up to 3 nights) \*Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C. The light switches in different rooms do not turn on anything and you have to turn on the lights by hand which is no problem but very confusing when you first get there. The garage light has only one florescent bulb working, and it was very dark in there. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our biggest grip was we were snowed in to Tahoe as all the roads were closed no one was getting in or out that day (Monday December 27) We called (Sunday December 26) to see if we could stay one more day and Tami wasn't in so we talked to another gentleman and he said another family was coming in which we understood that however he didn't even attempt to find out if the other family was able to get into Tahoe or not since the roads were closed. This snowstorm was the largest snowstorm in years you would think the agency would be a little more considerate. We were lucky to get 4 rooms in a hotel as most of the hotels were full. Reviewer Comments: Nice house for 3-4 families to spend some time. Pool table and hot tub will make it a pleasant stay. It's close to Heavenly on Nevada side and to the beach. There is a lot of plates, glasses, etc. but be prepared to bring own spices and condiments.Before reserve be aware that management company wants scan of your ID and credit card which is against standard security rules and really should not be the case (I rented many houses and this was the first time someone wanted it from me). ##### Marcin K. The stovetop is not working properly. There are not enough seatings for both inside or outside ! The owner needs to move his car out of the garage to make spaces for guests to park.
