"This was our second stay at this property. There were 11 of us this time. The pool, hot tub and stocked pond gave hours of entertainment. The kitchen has small appliances to make life a little easier (toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, etc) it also has all the dishes pots and pans you’d need for making meals. The grocery store is about a 7 minute drive from the house. Nice secluded location. The host, Randy, is always great to work with. Fast and clear communication. We would definitely stay again!Pros: ample sleeping space, ample seating, user friendly security codes/gate, no need to go do anything as it’s all right on site, great pool, great hot tub, great fishingCons: lower level bathroom is pretty tight to share with several people, there’s no way around constantly going up and down stairs (or up and down the hill for pond use), grounds could use a landscaping facelift"

"This is the only place to get a room if you are staying in OWENSVILLE, MO. Fortunately, this is run by a small family, who show they care about their customers. While much of the decor and furniture were somewhat outdated, it was clean and tidy. The small staff of 2 or 3 people, work very hard to maintain the place. The rooms, and all public areas in the place were clean, fresh and pleasant. There were no bad smells or unsightly messes apparent. Parking is great, as you can park right outside your own entrance to your room. They do allow pets for an extra fee. I would not only recommend this motor in, but I would stay there again if another occasion brought me to this this little "one-hotel" town of OWENSVILLE, MO."
