Breakfast was sad, coffee was terrible but you really can't expect much from a free Breakfast at a hotel like this. Room was clean but the hotel itself is in need of some upgrades or paint. It was fine for spending the night to pick up my kid from Penn State.

It may have been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast is not included. Location is great.
