Beautiful, seemingly new property however the plugs didn’t work by the bed. The refrigerator didn’t work. Ants crawling up the wall and on the desk.

They had a washer and dryer available (coin operated) and the rooms had ehat i needed. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a constant beeping coming from an unknown source in my room.

Nice rooms, very clean, staff was very helpful and polite. People next to us were loud throughout the night, other than that we had a great stay.

It was average at best, not up to standards for other Holiday Inn Express sites ive been too. Breakfast and coffee was cold and not good along with the pancake machine being out of order. The site definitely has some wear and tear needs some upgrades and TLC. It did the job for a 1 night stay but not impressed.

Our air did not work. Tech came twice and was unable to resolve issue. He did try and was nice. It appeared new staff were all working Friday night checkin and was visible overwhelmed and checkin in process took over 15 minutes with issues still not resolved. Then Asked for towels and linens on our way out to dinner after waiting 10 minutes for no desk clerk, she tossed item to me versus notifying us no one was in housekeeping or she would have ready when we returned. They say hotel was full so we just had to sleep in uncomfortable room. We did remind at checkout of issue so maybe next guest would not have issue

Loved that was close to the Mississippi Horse Park where my daughter was competing and to several restaurants. Our only concern was the fact that the area surrounding the hotel seemed a little sketchy, with construction and such, but for one night it was fine. We were on the top floor and had no concerns with our safety.
