Newly built 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home in Portico Subdivision, one of Starkville's newest subdivisions. This wonderful two-story home is located only 4 miles from the MSU campus and downtown areas.
The downstairs area consists of an open floorplan with kitchen/dining area and living room with a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, flat screen TV and adjoining full bathroom that features two vanities and a large walk-in shower for two!
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms both equipped with queen beds, full bathrooms and flat screen TV's. One room has a day-bed that could be used as sleeping for children or for a gaming area.
Front and back porches are equipped with a grill and nice and comfortable sitting areas. Home is equipped with WIFI and streaming capabilities for all TV's.

The property was fantastic & would highly recommend it when staying in Starkville. I only wished it wasn’t in the middle of a construction site, was a bit nervous about picking up nails in the tire’s every time we had to come and go. Otherwise great place and loved it.

Great place to stay!
We stayed for a weekend, two couples, then a third joined us the last night. The home was new and very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. The location was ideal as it was just a short distance to MSU campus.

Great home located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy commute to the campus and cotton district. The home had everything we needed for a quick weekend. New construction, very clean, and we loved the decorative look. Will definitely stay here again!
