"Lovely location on the sea front. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful outside area. Unfortunately room is dated and especially the bathroom which is very dated. Air conditioning is also very old and needs upgrading. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking. "

"Villa Maria è davvero un luogo per ricaricare le energie. Gli spazi sono ambi e ottimali per 7/8 persone. Si percepiscono dei lavori di ristrutturazione sono di alcune parti. Il secondo bagno è più una lavanderia (sarebbe da migliorare). Peccato aver trovato il forno fuori uso (una persona di noi è celiaca e aveva portato le proprie farine per pizze e torte ma non ha potuto cucinarle) e l’aria condizionata della camera vista mare non funzionante (i primi giorni della nostra vacanza sono stati davvero caldi anche di notte e gli occupanti non sono riusciti a riposare). Infine, sarebbe utile prevedere un freezer per la conservazione di alimenti surgelati. Josip è un host molto disponibile e cordiale. Essendo ubicata in una piccola baia é necessario avere un’auto per raggiungere il vicino borgo dove si trovano ristoranti e attività commerciali."

"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, lots of variety with some nice local options. The parking setup was pretty good, and right next to the hotel so not far to walk. Turndown service was superb, bed made every day and the room was tidied. We felt they really went above and beyond here as we can be quite messy, but it was so sweet seeing our little boys cuddly toy sat at the top of a freshly made bed every day when we came back! The bed itself was a king size and had more than enough room for two of us plus a very wriggly three year old! The staff were so friendly and kind, especially with our little boy, really made us feel welcome and comfortable. 24hour reception desk was a very helpful touc as well, we needed that for check in and a couple of other days, though it is worth letting the staff know if you ware going to be heading out super early (eg 4am) on any day. Overall, nothing really to fault, and almost every thing was pretty much perfect."

"Best host we ever had. Everything was well equipped and clean. The pool was very nice for the kids and we often used the bikes. Beside that it was also a good location for us during this time of the year"
