I loved my stay here. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a good location in Belgrade. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers.
I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay.
Otherthan that, it was an okay stay.

"By international standards, it is a 3 star but by Serbian standards, it is a 5 star. My stay was comfortable and the only thing wrong is the false advertising. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that particular neighborhood because I now know what to expect. There are many stores, restaurants ..."
