Patio (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.8 km, shopping centre 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, pedestrian zone 2.8 km, bus stop "Stanz b.L. Unterkreuzied" 350 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 33.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Venet Bergbahnen 3.6 km, See/Kappl 18 km, Serfaus Fiss Ladis 30 km.  
"Villa Renate", 4-room villa 130 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious and bright, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: on the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, bath/shower/WC and satellite TV. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside.
