Luxurious Muskegon River Getaway

This luxurious homestead located right on the Muskegon River is the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends wanting to kick back, relax, and have some fun. The location has 6 lots of space with plenty of room for opportunity.

This homestead accommodates anywhere between 4-12 guests.
I have plenty of kayaks available for use as well

*There is high speed WiFi available.
**The boat launch is directly one home over to the left of the house

The guests are welcome to use any of the top-of-the-line GE kitchen appliances.
As well as any pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, ect.

Wash any clothes/towels ect in my top-of-the-line GE Frontload washer & dryer.
Feel free to use the TV, any blankets / pillows available.
You may enter any room in the house except my bedroom which will be locked.

In case of a question or emergency, I am easily and readily available at just a phone call or text to my personal cellphone.
Messaging me through the VRBO app is applicable as well.

This place is meant for a great gathering of friends and family. Whether kicking the heals up or just for a relaxing getaway I expect respect through and though.

Please respect the homestead as if it were your own.
The guest is expected to clean up after oneself and at the end of their stay, to place any trash bags tied and just outside the home. When parking, I please ask that you park in front of the home in the driveway and across the street in front of the garage. Please do not park in the grass as it destroys the sprinklers of my home. Thank you for adhering to this request.

River House

This property is on the perfect spot! Right on the river so you can kayak further upstream and then stop at the house. So much room for yard games and the deck was awesome. The house was very clean and nice inside and had everything we needed for a trip.

Excellent Stay!

Fantastic stay at Zach’s homestead! Everything you can ask for at a lakehouse: spacious patio and deck, gas grill, great sound system, clean and updated appliances, and a ton of room for yard games and outdoor activities. An absolute 10 out of 10 experience for my guests and I. Zach was very responsive when I had questions for him throughout the weekend. Highly recommend booking this VRBO for anyone looking for a weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Bach party

The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!

Bachelorette Party!

We celebrated my bachelorette party at Zach’s house on the river! It was absolutely perfect. He had all the accommodations we needed to enjoy our time in any weather. It poured for one whole day but there was a big awning on the deck to keep us dry, a make shift karaoke machine inside, large kitchen to gather in and all the speakers you could imagine. On the hot days were swam in the river, hung out at the sand bar and partied on the deck. Zach provided multiple bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, sunscreen, bug spray, firewood, grill, yard games, cooking supplies etc. My group of 12 had everything we needed! The AC and ice maker were perfect for the 90° weather. This house was beautiful, I’d recommend it to anyone looking to make great memories with their friends/family!

Weekend Getaway

I was very impressed of this property! The view of the Muskegon River was amazing. It is right on the water, which allowed us to enjoy some kayaking. The yard is very large, we played many yard games and spent a lot of time outside. The bonfire area was also very nice. The owner accommodated 14 people to stay for 2 nights. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I could tell his main goal was for me and my guest to enjoy our time on his property. Overall, I highly recommend.
