The pool was a bonus needed for the weather. The town of Stanton is more remote than we expected but we didn’t go without…and my husband was glad there was no where to shop! We did have three very sleepless nights due to bats. The owner sent a crew as soon as we notified them. Unfortunately the team had to fill gaps where bats were getting in and it left one trapped which caused the sleepless nights (scratching). I would highly recommend this house. Great communication with the management company. The house can use a deep clean the rugs and blankets need washed. Cabinets are not as clean as they can be in the kitchen. The amenities could be better. They supply very little of the basics we had to buy a lot of things. Also the blow dryer doesn't really work. However, the cabin in great , the pool was nice and the front porch is spotless not 1 bug. We loved the firepit and the stars at night are breathtaking. Plenty of towels, linens, dishes,etc. The beds were quality and comfortable as was the furniture. It’s nice to be able to relax in clean comfortable furnishings, not being dingy and dirty like some other cabins can be. I cannot think of a single complaint other than it would be really nice to have a hot tub outside to enjoy, but that’s probably being greedy on our part!! Thanks for a great cabin, and would definitely recommend this rental cabin. ##### Steve D.
