Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"The only negative was that there were no coffee pots in the room so in order to have my morning coffee, I had to get fully dressed and go down to the lobby. Not a big deal really but for a woman, getting dressed to be seen, takes a while. Lol"
