It features a spacious yard, private patio with seating for six, barbecue, hot tub and fire pit overlooking the 16th green of Andersons Creek Golf Course. This duplex is located just a 2 minute walk from the heated outdoor salt water pool and Amenity Centre. The primary suite has a large walk through closet to the ensuite with double vanity and sliding patio doors to the back deck. Second bedroom has cable TV and sliding patio doors. Third bedroom has a massive walk-in closet. Two bathrooms (one ensuite with stand-up tiled shower and one bathroom with shower/tub). Second bathroom includes a washer/dryer. Large kitchen featuring a built in breakfast bar, full size stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Spacious living area features flat screen television with cable and electric fireplace. Dining tables seat four with additional stool seating. Stackable washer and dryer in the hallway. Private covered deck with BBQ and patio furniture. Private driveway allowing you to pull your car up to your suite.All villas have air conditioning for your comfort.
