Glade Cottage at White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat

Welcome to our newly renovated, secluded Cozy Cottage. 20 minutes from the Shenandoah National Park. and 10 minutes from our quaint little town of Stanardsville. Cozy Cottage also shares the 25 acres with the White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat and the numerous amenities that it has to offer. We allow up to two pets for a fee of $75.

Our secluded cottage has an open bedroom with a retro-style full bathroom and a modern kitchen, as well as a small sitting room. It also has a wrap-around deck with a view of its surrounding wooded glade.

Cozy Cottage guests have access to the numerous amenities that all other White Lotus guests enjoy. Amenities include, among other things, a wood fired sauna (available 24/7), meditation room, massage room ($80 per hour), outdoor fireplace, pond (with canoe and paddle boat), 9-basket frisbee golf course, cedar and stone gazebo, 25 acres of wooded space to explore, and all the stars you could ever hope to see (any clear).

Great place for a quite romantic getaway!
Strictly no smoking or pets in any rooms, decks, common/shared areas, inside the barn, or around the premises of the Mulberry Organic Farm.
Smoking permitted on the roads and driveway on the grounds.

Guests are to observe/respect all posted signage.

We welcome guests to explore communal spaces/rooms on grounds. Please make sure to turn off all lights & shut doors behind you everywhere you go to help support the green practices at our retreat.

Picnic area with fire-pit are available to use. Wood is provided for the fire pit. Please remove all trash and leave it clean after use.

-------------------------------4 Season Lunar Sauna.---------------------------
Seats 6 people & is located next to a pond. Wood is provided in the sauna with instructions to start the wood stove; (if you need help please let us know much in advance). Please note 'NO ALCOHOL IN THE SAUNA'. This sauna generally heats up in 15-20 minutes.

Use the canoe & floating dock only if you know how to swim, no life preservers are provided. Kindly return the canoe as you find it with paddles inside it for other guests.

Shared kitchen is provided with all basic amenities & modern appliances, please leave it clean after every use for other guests.

You are welcome to hang out in the Gazebo, but no loud partying here please.

Friendly dogs & chickens from our neighbors homes roam the grounds. Don’t feed any outside animals even if they are super cute. They won’t leave if you do.

The cottage is so adorable and cozy. The kitchen is really complete and the house has a room with a sofa and big television that it is really usefull. It is really relaxing. Also i been here with my dog and he enjoy a lot the little around .wood

We enjoyed our short stay at Glade Cottage! We were within reasonable distance to some good hiking trails at Shenandoah National Park, restaurants, and breweries (Lafayette Inn & Restaurant/Fiorano/Elkton Bewing Co.)! The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep soundly without any issue. Overall, it was a nice weekend getaway! Thanks! Anne

Off the beaton path, good distance from other cabins. Just a god place to slow down your pace and get away from all the hustle and bustle.

My wife and I stayed for four days. It was a bit difficult to find at first, but once we followed the directions, we had no issues. We had a great time relaxing and visiting some wineries and breweries. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The internet was a little slow, but that was expected. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Overall pleased with this location. Peaceful and quiet. Not so far out that you couldn’t arrange for some meals at some nice restaurants. Never physically spoke with anyone and booked through VRBO. The cottage was nice but could use a new couch. Wood stove sauna was a hit!

Such a beautiful serene location and definitely a home away from home! Everything was seamless and easy. Location was quiet and breathtaking! Definitely recommend if you're looking to get away and just enjoy nature and find some peace!
