No A/C. Can be very hot. Window is open concept shutter. Very loud noise from boulevard during the night. Bathroom ( shared ) is tiny. Toilet paper and paper towel is adequate and replaced on time. Shower is acceptable. Staff is okay. Free coffee. Only supply one small size towel. Bedsheet is clear without scent.

First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.
