"Used this location as a base for the family during daughter’s graduation. It was great to be a bit outside of Champaign during all the chaos. It was also far more reasonable than what others paid for lodging closer to the university. The only drawback was the limited places to eat nearby. That is easily overcome by the well equipped kitchen."

"This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....

"We took our moms (90 and 93) and met our sons (26 and 27) for a family weekend. The house was perfect for us! No steps, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the living room and dining room were open, so the grandmas could relax on the sofas and still be with the game players at the table in the dining room. The bonus game room was fun, with the men kept challenging each other to darts. We didn't get to enjoy the screened in back patio as much as we would have liked due to the weather, but next time...

"I am super disappointed. The pictures look great online, however, when you arrive, it’s very deceiving and not what is portrayed online. The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure."

Family Stay!
"Couldn’t get into the pool on arrival. Closed early and large group were in when we got there and loud. I got up early and swam at 6:15. Water was great and staff brought towels after I called there were none. Room was clean and comfy. Loved the counter space and room size. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing and no conditioner but thankfully I had some in my suitcase. Kitchen area allowed us to clean our water bottles and not have to eat off of styrofoam or paper. Breakfast was just good. Not horrible but the orange juice was watery. Good enough that everyone found something to eat so no stops for food until lunch. Would return if in the area again. "
