Nice place, good value and location in center of town. The JustIn app worked perfectly well. Just make sure tou have plenty of battery on phone or take power bank with you.
Nice nothernmost Norweigian town. With little to do since the fishing trop wàs over 2 hours away. But good for a couple of days in Summer to see polar bear club exhibit and Walk to top of hill, see geographic measurement of earth and nice museum of the reconstruction after WWII. Good place to chill too...

Clean and tidy, good breakfast, good black out curtains. Walls are thin- could hear man snoring next door one night and texts arriving into someone’s phone the next. Outside town- you need to drive to go to dinner. Massive construction underway, no parking.

We stayed from Sunday 4th to Monday 5th
Arrived early evening, there was no one around in reception so I spent several minutes looking to find someone to ask about parking.
The receptionist advised she didn’t drive so we needed to work it out.
I was advised that my room was showing as “dirty” on the system so she had to come up and check.
She returned and said the sofa bed was made up but that we could just put it down.
We discussed the bed for my baby and there was clearly some miscommunication as when we got to the room there was no cot. This was frustrating because I had already called ahead days before to confirm there would be a travel cot for her.
My husband had to go to reception where the receptionist had to contact the manager to find out where they were.
When he brought it upstairs there was no sheet. We ended up having to use a sheet from one of the sofa duvets as our baby needed to go to sleep.
The next day when we were trying to put our baby down for her midday nap someone knocked on the door to clean it because the 1pm checkout (which I had emailed about but had zero response and then subsequently had agreement with the receptionist on) had not been communicated to the cleaner resulting in our baby fully waking and causing her to skip her nap and was really upset and stressed for most of the afternoon.

The restaurant was not open on Christmas Day except for breakfast. Hotel staff told us restaurants around town would be open on Christmas Day. This was incorrect. As no restaurants were open and we went hungry on Christmas Day

We arrived early morning on the ferry and the very helpful gentleman on the check in desk gave us access to our room which was greatly appreciated.
