Solar for another layer of protection. Our home is very spacious, which allows lots of private time if needed or is great for groups, couples or multi-generational families. Check-ins are Saturday, for 6 or 7 days. We may consider other rental dates at the owner’s discretion. Holidays: CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR weeks are 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday and nonrefundable. Longer rentals require 12 nights if 2 weeks are taken. Require a Saturday or Sunday Check-ins. THE MAIN HOUSE 3 bedrooms. The master Bedroom has two bathrooms. And TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have their own bath or can be used as a family suite. Large Kitchen, dining area, seats up to 12 inside and up to 12 at table out by the pool and a large living room with large screen TV, just to kick back. Easy access to the swimming pool from all bedrooms THE LOWER LEVEL MAIN HOUSE Accessed by the outside stairs to lower level by pool. Bedroom with King Size bed and TV, Sitting area Bathroom Bedroom with queen and twin bed. Ideal for a small family. COTTAGE ENTER 12 GUEST, Add $300 per night plus tax This is located 8 feet east of main house kitchen by way of a covered breezeway and has a bedroom with king size bed, bath, kitchen, living room with TV and a private deck. Great for a couple that wants just a little more privacy. DECKS Upper deck has a large covered veranda with lots of places to relax. There is a large deck right on the ocean from both upper and lower levels. From the lower deck these are 20 steps down to the ocean for great snorkeling and kayaking. POOL Located off upper deck 35 feet above the ocean, spectacular view with total privacy. Close to all bedrooms and the kitchen. There are three Pak and plays for infants but we do not set them up. Any liability resulting from improper set up is the renter’s responsibility! New for all the following 5 AC units, solar generator, updated paint, 3 bedroom outfits, dishwasher, furniture in cottage, linens, blinds, grill, lounge chairs, roof, hot tub control, now a salt water pool and more. Snorkel out the front door or just kick back by the Infinity pool and relax. Villa St Thomas is a very private location located on 353 feet of ocean front. Our private association beach is a 400 yard easy walk or a .5 mile drive to Lindquist or Sapphire beach. This home was a great layout for our family ages 18m to 87 yrs. Fully stocked and beautiful layout with stunning views from all areas. Private yet close to dining, beaches galore, shopping. All the comforts of home in paradise. The hosts and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again next year. ##### Karen S. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. We really enjoyed the pool. The views were amazing. Brent was a HUGE help and was quick to answer anytime we had a question about house / St Thomas. He had a HUGE impact on why our trip was so amazing. Everyday waking to the incredible view and beautiful house was breath taking. The property manager Brent made our vacation. He was responsive to every need from the first to last day. Brent ensured the property was totally functional and extremely clean. He gave great tips on chefs, excursions, sight seeing and restaurants. Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed. The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! We were a family of 12\. Everyone had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings looking out over the water from the pool deck. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security. We can't wait to come back! ##### Jennifer H. The views, and sunrises / sunsets, are absolutely spectacular! The location is close to Red Hook, with numerous restaurants and a ferry to St. John. The home is comfortable and well-designed for large families like ours, especially since we like to cook. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens we've encountered in a rental property. The concierge, Brent, was very helpful in arranging dinner reservations, and in promptly attending to a couple minor mechanical issues that arose. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. The property manager,Brent, is amazing and from the time we booked until we checked out, was responsive. He’s also just a really nice person and we enjoyed getting to know him. The house was great for our family of 11\. Plenty of space. Everything was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys for all. Our son enjoyed the grand piano…..music, drinks and a sunset. I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12\. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. The villa itself is extremely spacious (good for those moments when a large, extended family just needed a little space!) and impeccably cared for. There wasn’t a single item we ever came across that was not there and very easy to access as needed. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen! It worked beautifully to prepare an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. If you are also like us, the beds and bedding matter a lot, and everyone remarked about how comfortable they were. Everything described about the villa is highly accurate. Kent and Brent were friendly, terrific to work with, and extremely responsive. Brent even just checked in once or twice during the trip to ensure everything was ok. 5 stars for customer service! We have stayed on STT several times over the years and found this home to be truly special, and that’s before even mentioning the decks with all the views. The down island view of STJ and the BVIs is spectacular! The location in a private gated community about 1 mile from Red Hook and everything there was a huge plus as well. Overall, we lived everything about the villa and would highly recommend it. ##### Brian B. We had a fabulous week with family and friends at this villa! We had a group of 12 including 4 couples, 3 teenagers/and a 10 year old. The layout was perfect for our group. The Cottage provided additional privacy for family friends, and the downstairs "apartment" set up was perfect for the kids. Kent, the Property Manager, reached out to us proactively to keep us on track with planning, and responded immediately to any questions/needs. The owner reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay as well. The house was absolutely breathtaking, the pool and spa were used daily (all day) and is in a perfect location on the island, close to the ferry, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. Red Hook is a wonderful spot for dinner with a convenient grocery store to pick up anything needed. We took advantage of pre-ordering groceries, which were waiting on us when we arrived. The outside grill area was wonderful, and the kitchen was well supplied. Double washer/dryers were an added bonus for a large group. I highly recommend renting Jeeps (Ken's suggestion) as the roads roads are steep and winding. We would absolutely return to this house, and hated for the week to end! ##### mandy o.
