Built elevated above the tropical landscape in a glorious oceanfront setting, Villa Sea Song combines the finest in Caribbean style with an exquisite Balinese interior theme. This newly renovated private vacation home overlooking Pineapple Beach, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands, is surrounded by spectacular ocean vistas and cooled by constant trade winds.  
  
If Villa Sea Song is booked, don't worry! I also have other villas that may be available.  
  
Villa Sea Song is your home away from home right on the water. This villa is a private villa, right above the waterline, with unobstructed water views and ultimate privacy.   
  
Located within a gated Resort community with all the amenities. This is the one!  
  
Stunning ocean views fill the entire living and dining area, which can also be viewed through to the bedroom.  
  
A private terrace, right on the water, provides immaculate views of the sea, along with a secluded place to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings and trade wind breezes.  
  
VILLA SEA SONG can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, Flat screen TV with cable, iPod compatible radio, in room safe, and of course air-conditioning. There is complementary WiFi in the villa as well as around the resorts common areas.  
  
The resort is designed in such a way that the units feel extremely private and serene. The Resort is close enough to the town of Red Hook for dining and shopping but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. By far Point Pleasant Resort is the most romantic, relaxing, and affordable vacation resort on St. Thomas. The villa really is just an amazing place to just relax, slow down and get away from it all.

Stunning panoramic views of St Thomas, walking distance to the restaurant/bar on the water, as well as Margaritaville and Cooki Beach (a local favorite). Host is very accommodating, and the condo has everything you could want and more. I will definitely come back! Thanks for having me!

Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay.

#### Incredible location!

The location both on the island and within the resort could not have been better. We loved looking directly over the water, being able to spot eagle rays and occasionally fish and turtles, too. The unit has a larger balcony than most and a sense of privacy. We also loved being close to redhook and many of the best beaches on the island. It’s a short walk over to coki beach which is very lively and has a great local food stand—dushi's by the sea—with one woman cooking up authentic Caribbean food and great rum punches. However, we would highly highly recommend renting a car because the resort is very steep and the shuttle is not always available, and many amazing restaurants and beaches are a quick drive away. Alan is a great host and communicator, he was always available by message and went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable as possible. He also provides many excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures—cute and cozy. Amenities are bare bones. We would have really appreciated some coffee filters and oil to cook with but the place only came equipped with salt and pepper. This would have been helpful (groceries are super expensive on the island!) but it didn’t take away from our stay. Ultimately we would say don’t hesitate to book this place, we had a wonderful time.

#### Our Secret Place

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size for just the two of us. The best part was the incredible view! The view of the islands and the sound of the water was just breathtaking and can never be fully captured in any photos. The constant breeze was refreshing and helped you stay cool while hanging out on the deck or even while inside the villa with the AC turned off. The location of the villa was very close to resort amenities and nearby places. In just a few minutes, we were able to walk from our villa to Shoreline Bar & Grille and Margaritaville Restaurant, as well as Pineapple Beach and one of the resort pools. It was all so close and very convenient to get there by foot. We loved that area so much, we felt no need to venture out into other parts of the resort. Alan provided detailed information about the property and surrounding area. All of our questions were answered in the documents he provided. At one point, we lost a bath towel over the deck. Alan was quick to get the resort maintenance crew to retrieve it for us. Overall, it was a great stay. We have found our secret place in Saint Thomas, and will definitely be back!
