THE SPACE
Over the Bay Condo is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends. The open living plan is the perfect way to spend time together as a group, and it offers partial ocean views and free parking.

- Walk into a huge living space. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all combined.

- Continue to your breezy private balcony with outdoor furniture and partial ocean views.

- Two large bedrooms with king-sized beds. The main bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet, and the second bedroom offers a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses.

- Two bathrooms: the main bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a tub, and the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower.

- Great living space with a large TV (including Apple TV connection), basic cable, and access to your favorite streaming network. The condo also features a PlayStation 4 console with two controllers.

- Free on-site parking.


LOCATION
This Northside condo is located in one of the most central neighborhoods! You'll be able to reach just about any destination on the island in less than a 20-minute drive.

- Megan's Bay Beach - less than a 10-minute drive

- Red Hook area - a 20-minute drive.

- Downtown, Charlotte Amalie & STT Airport - 15-20 minute drive.


GUEST ACCESS
When you stay in Over the Bay Condo, you will have access to the entire condo and one free parking space. You won't see us unless you need us! Philo Villas is committed to being available to our guests by phone 24/7.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers one free parking space, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures.

St. Thomas is not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times, and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location.

- We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. If you are booking under your name, you must be present during the reservation dates.

- WiFi and internet connections on this island can sometimes be spotty and irregular. I can not guarantee a connection at any time.

- Basic cable connection can be spotty and irregular at times. We can not guarantee a connection at any time.

- Power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas. This is very normal. This condo does not have a backup generator. When power is out on the island you will be without electricity, AC, or WIFI.
