Fully air-conditioned, 2-story villa built into the slope of the tropical landscapes on the East side of St. Thomas only minutes from Red Hook. Find tranquility while taking in the magnificent views from the very private, newly renovated pool or while refreshing on a lounge chair located on one of two spacious, full-length balconies that overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Thatch Cay, and down island views of The British Virgin Islands and St. John. The privacy is absolute, once inside the villa and poolside you do not see any other houses. Occupancy rates are for up-to 17 total guests all being comfortably housed using the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus two bonus rooms that have bunkbeds. Villa includes a fully equipped “Chef’s” Kitchen, electric security gate, parking for 4-5 vehicles with a covered entryway to the villa, private pool, full-length balconies on both levels, media room and much more. The villa was designed with an open concept allowing you to take in the view from almost every room and step out onto the balcony to feel the cooling trade winds and bask in the tropical sunshine. The main level Primary bedroom with King-size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks opens to the adjoining Nook through French Doors. Sliding doors to the balcony open to a private sitting area with ocean views. The Nook shares the en suite bathroom and can sleep three on the Twin over Queen bunkbed. The main level second bedroom with Queen-sized bed and private bathroom is located next to the open concept kitchen, dining area and media room. The media room and all bedrooms have Dish Network with Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and a wireless sound system for music. The lower level of POMVilla contains four more private bedrooms with one being a King to 2 Twin option and 3 Queen-size beds, one of which is a "family suite" that connects to a bonus room with twin bunk beds and an adjoining full bathroom. The additional bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located central in the lower lever for shared use as well. The Private Entry "Studio" type Bedroom can be accessed from the lower level balcony and includes a Queen-sized bed and full bathroom. The Laundry Room with two stackable washers and dryers is located next to the Private Entry Bedroom on the lower level. Both main and lower level balconies have outdoor seating with tables and lounge chairs for both sun tanning and relaxing in the shade. Please note: The security gate and parking area are equipped with security cameras that run at all times, these cameras are for villa security, no other cameras are located in any areas where guests have access or can be viewed. (Coming Soon - see the current ocean view via our Youtube Channel.) POMVilla is equipped with a Solar Water System that has a UV and triple water filtration system making the water safe to drink. As the island typically experiences power outages POMVilla has a brand new Tesla Solar system as well as an automatic generator that will power the entire villa leaving you unaffected by the power outages. The entire villa is Non-Smoking, we ask that you do not smoke/vape inside or by open windows and doors. Should you smoke outdoors - you must not litter the grounds and dispose of the items safely into the trash receptacles. We do not allow glass of any kind NEAR or IN the pool or on the pool deck areas, this is for your safety and future guests safety and you will want to avoid the cost of draining, cleaning, and refilling the pool. Walking down your private, tropical, rustic staircase path to the oceanside you can relax and reconnect while listing to the waves on the patio just a few feet above the waterline. Feeling the ocean breeze, and soaking in the warming sunshine while behold enchanting sunrises and sunsets on this oceanside rustic patio is a must. We strongly recommend against swimming in the ocean at this location, the view is magical and inviting, however, the current and rocks can be very dangerous. When thinking of booking please remember our base occupancy rate is for 1-12 guests and additional fees for guests over that count up to 17 max occupancy and that Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are premium weeks and premium rates will apply, these dates along with Whale Watching Season dates book quickly. We also offer a heated pool option for an additional cost. The temperature of the pool generally runs between 78-79 degrees in the morning to 80-81 degrees in the late afternoon from the sun. With the heated pool option the pool will never be below 84 degrees for your entire stay. Heating the pool is very energy extensive, The electric rates in the USVI are some of the highest in the world. This is why there is an additional charge for this option. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities a family needs. The only negative about the property is the road getting to the property. It is very rough with holes in the road. We are a group of 13 individuals, ranging in age from 19 to 84 years old. We are 2 families that have been vacations with each other for years. When looking what we want to stay this house checked off all the boxes and more!!!!!House manager, Lisa, is the best. So easy to work with and ask questions. From the time we booked we asked about car information and grocery shopping etc. During our visit if we had questions she was quick to respond and very helpful. The house is probably one most equipped that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had pretty much everything one would need for cooking. The bedrooms were very spacious. The linens and towels were all clean and maintained. Along with large amount of beach towels. The overall cleaniliness was a 10/10 for the entire house. The washer and dryer 10/10 and 2 sets of them. Let me talk about outside view……… stunning!!!!!!!!! Pool amazing with the view!!!!!!!!!! Very clean outside. The house is gated. Pool has a great little feature for little ones with 6-8 inch shelf they can sit on and play or sun yourself. Tons of pool floats & beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again. The house was spacious enough for our family of 11, but also provided the openness to enjoy meals and family bonding time as well. The accommodations were top notch. This was a family vacation, 13 adults and 2 children and the home was laid out really nice as to the accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices etc. All beds were very comfy as well.Lisa, the manager of the home was very nice, friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and informed. The pool was great with the many inflatables and a shallow end for the little ones and plenty of tables, (outdoors and indoors) for us to have our meals all together. You will definitely need a car to get you around. The driving is on the left side of the road but the speed limits is 35 mph so that made it easy. It is such a gorgeous house with every amenity you would need! We loved having the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and towels to use. The house is breath taking and feels like you’re in a spa right when you walk in. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for all of our family to come together. One of our favorite things was having our tea and coffee on the pool deck looking out at the view! Lisa the property manager was also amazing helping us with any questions we had about the islands and helping us get all checked in. The property is up the hill on 2 acres looking out towards Thatch Key, with the described 100 steps down. I think the online description of 110 steps to the water may give some the impression that the water is accessible, it absolutely is not. Otherwise though it is an incredibly special spot and the house holds a crowd well. We were grandparents, two sets of grown children with our 4 grandchildren ages 4,6, 13 & 15, as well as our adult daughter. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. All enjoyed the villa and the experience. The children played in the pool. A large set of pool toys, floats, etc were put to good use. The stairs down to the seaside were great-good for exercise with a secluded area for rest at the base. The views from the villa are fantastic with multiple outside areas to sit and read in private. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals. The villa is close to Redhook so access to St John was easy. Sapphire beach is ten minutes away. Fifteen minutes from grocery stores. Lisa, the manager, was accessible and helpful with all things. Would highly recommend this location and its management when visiting the Virgin Islands. ##### Ross B. Don’t let the drive up fool you. The driveway is a bit rough, but it did not bother us at all. The views are breathtaking. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for our family. We normally stay at upscale resorts but this was even better. Located only 10 minutes from Red Hook which is where we spent most our time for dinners, nightlife and groceries. 25 minutes to Charlotte Amalie which is the cruise ship port and much larger city. Close proximity of best beaches. We even cooked out at the house one night on the huge grill. It sleeps 17 but there were only 8 of us so there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. All of the amenities are supplied - cooking utensils, soap, shampoo, beach bags, towels and double washer and dryers! I didn’t want to write a review at first because I didn’t want to let the secret out on this gem so it would be available for us to use yearly! ##### Kim A. The pool was so serene, the photos do not do it justice!!! The home is fully equipped to enjoy space to spread out if traveling with a large party (we had 10 of us - so a little “away” time from each other was possible if we needed it!). The home was immaculate inside & out and beautifully decorated but not overdone so much that it felt uninviting! The property manager/host point of contact, Lisa was absolutely amazing from booking to post-vacation communication & THAT is what made the difference for me! Majority of us have never travelled outside of the US mainland, so there were plenty of questions & inquiries made to ensure we weren’t missing anything to think about! Lisa was timely in her responses to us as well as providing additional info in case we needed it! After our stay, she remained in contact for some last minute things that arose upon check-out & truly left us with a warm feeling to book with them again in the future without hesitation!!!
