The beach front villa is secluded behind electronic gates on Pelican Point at the East End of St. Thomas and just ¾ mile from the small marina town of Red Hook. We recently added all new state of the art smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed wireless internet throughout with a password protected router and a back-up ISP for redundancy. Sonos audio is in the living room, bedrooms, apartment and outdoors poolside along with new speakers throughout for premium sound. The main villa has 5 bedrooms (4 brand new king mattresses) a bunk room and 4.5 baths. The separate entrance bungalow private suite has a brand new king bed, brand new queen sleep sofa, a bunk bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Four of the five main villa bedrooms have amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sand beach from each of their private balconies. Three spacious bathrooms are en-suite and there is an additional full bathroom that is perfect for the fifth bedroom and the bunk room. The bungalow private suite the sixth bedroom suite sleeping 6 people. The state-of-the-art modern kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the cabinets stocked with all the necessary tools to create your own dinners. Or, ask us for a private chef recommendation! There is dining table inside or choose to eat Al-fresco on the covered porch poolside. Of course, there's a beautiful poolside large BBQ where you can grill up dinner for a dozen guests. A beverage refrigerator is adjacent to the outside table, so you won’t have to go far for a cold one! A very comfortable patio, perfect for enjoying coffee every morning or drinks as the sun goes down, leads to the infinity edge pool. The beach is dotted with swaying coconut palms, sea grape trees and lounge chairs to relax. Also, a table under the shade of the sea grape trees offers a great place for a casual lunch after snorkeling or kayaking. One Beach Road sits on its own private white sand beach encompassed by a unique sand covered stone jetty. Explore the lively coral reef right in your backyard where you can see colorful tropical fish, coral, sea rays and turtles. An automatic stand-by generator supports the entire property in the event of a power outage. You will probably never notice an interruption as it kicks on in less than 4 minutes. One Beach Road is only a 5-minute drive to Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and grocery stores. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook making a day trip an easy experience. Concierge-style services are available to you before your arrival and during your stay. Provisioning the villa with food and beverages before you arrive, private chef services, information on boat and fishing trips, spa services, etc. All you must do is ask! One Beach Road …. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in St. Thomas! The home was spacious, clean, and offered a perfect balance of privacy while still being conveniently close to the market, restaurants, and other beaches. We quite enjoyed the views and wildlife from the outdoor seating areas. The walkable trails to nearby beaches was a great perk. Julie was an excellent host, providing great recommendations, and the grocery delivery service made settling in so easy.A few things to keep in mind: sound carries easily inside the villa, so even with a white noise machine, we could hear conversations and movement from the common areas. The WiFi didn’t quite reach the annex, which was a bit of an inconvenience for those staying there. Also, maneuvering cars through the gate was a little tight and stressful. The house and our experience exceeded our expectations. Julie was so accommodating and helpful and answered all of our questions. She even shared videos of paths to take us to local beaches. Jill met us at the house and made us feel so welcome. From the moment you enter the house you can't help but feel you are someplace special! All of the rooms have great views and have comfortable beds and linens. I can't think of anything negative to say. We loved the location of the house. We felt like we were so far away from everything since the house felt so private, but we were also so close to town where we could shop for groceries and take day trips. The house and location were absolutely fantastic. Nestled on the edge of Smith Bay, the views of the surrounding islands were stunning.The pool and hot tub were highlights for us—being able to relax in fresh water while listening to the waves and gazing out over the sand and ocean was pure paradise. The peninsula location brought some wind but also provided breathtaking views.Julie, the homeowner, was extremely responsive to any questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. The Sonos audio system was a great touch, allowing us to easily set the perfect vibe throughout the house.The location was ideal, with a very short walk to Pelican Beach and Lindqvist Beach. For those looking for a bit more adventure, a longer walk takes you to Sapphire Beach, where there’s a fun beach bar.We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious and scenic getaway in St. Thomas. We used the apartment and had plenty of room. The backyard (beach and pool) was so amazing! We snorkeled everyday and had lots of pool time. Snorkel gear, floats and pool noodles at the house, but could rent snorkel gear in nearby Red Hook. Perfect location for setting up a fishing excursion and private catamaran day trip to snorkel and sail. Coral World is close and it's super close to Margaritaville and Sapphire Beach. Also the ferry to St John's and several restaurants are in Red Hook (5 min away). It was a wonderful trip and the location and property were a big reason for this! After a health scare in our family was resolved, my wife and I decided to take a trip to St. Thomas with our 4 children, our daughter's spouse, and 3-year-old grandson. One Beach Road was a perfect fit for us. Not only is the house and view stunning, but it also met the needs of our family perfectly, which includes our 12-year-old son with Down syndrome who has mobility issues. The infinity pool, easy access to the ocean, the jetty perfect for fishing, the centrally located kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made this home a dream come true. We enjoyed having a chef to the home to cook several magnificent dinners for us, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and having a professional photographer take many great family photos. Our party of 8 included a third visit for 4 of us and a new experience for the other 4\. Our stay exceeded our expectations with several updates and improvements to the property. We enjoyed the wonderful accommodations, the expansive pool and beautiful ocean. Our property host, Staci, was invaluable! She was always available, before and during our visit, and even delivered fresh, homemade delightful bagels for our enjoyment. As a gated property with residential neighbors, we always felt secure on the grounds and in our daily neighborhood walking routines. We all agreed that once we arrived at the property, you literally never have to leave. We explored the island (Red Hook, especially) as well as St. John, but always were very happy to return and spend many special moments at OBR. It is amazing! The views are to die for! The home has everything you could ever want or need..and more. The pool, the hot tub, the kitchen, living room...every detail was thought of. The beds were so comfortable! We were able to snorkel out front even though it was a bit rough, but that was from the tradewinds at the time we were there. We saw fish and even a manta-or stingray! Julie coordinated with our delivery person for our grocery delivery and helped us through the process. Julie also gave great recommendations on snorkeling at Coki..fish, fish and more fish!! We also enjoyed a walk to Sapphire Beach and Pelican Beach! But honestly you dont even have to leave the property, it has everything! Even the exercise room made me actually want to work out..killer views from there! Julie was extra accomodating..and saved us when my husband put our things in the safe...without a code..and locked it... 1 million percent recommend this property! Stunning water views, infinity pool, hot tub, and jetty. It was our dream come true for a PRIVATE beach wedding. The neighbors can not see the yard due to vegetation (Mangroves/palms etc). We had the pleasure of having 16 family and friends join us for the wedding. Only 10 people stayed on site. It was worked out amazing. Our host/ owner Julie was very communicative and responded immediately with any concerns. We all made wonderful memories. One helpful note to those never to the Caribbean \*\*\*You MUST bring bug spray. The no see ums are our worse enemy. Dawn and Dusk you have to put on protection they are relentless little creatures. Other than the no see ums there was absolutely no other negatives. This property is absolutely stunning and the decor is awesome! I slept like a baby (the pillows were perfect! One beach road was the most beautiful and comfortable house. The house looks exactly like the photos, and the rooms were nice and cool when it was hot outside. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The pool and spa were gorgeous. It was like a dream to stand in the pool and look out at the ocean and the islands in the distance. The house had all the comforts of home with every cooking utensil, beach towels, shampoo and soap, paper towels/tp/trash bags/foil, saran wrap, baggies, and even a crib, high chair and pack and play for our grandson. The house was plenty big to have our in-laws or cousins come swimming for the day, or sit on the deck and have cocktails in the evening. Staci was the best host. She was very fast to answer questions and even had a beautiful tray of fruit waiting for us. The following day she brought us bagels and cream cheese too! She's pleasant and incredibly helpful. What a wonderful decision that was! This year we chose One Beach Road. The location is wonderful, very close to Red Hook, nice little snorkeling spot right in your backyard, nice “private beach”, good proximity to basically everywhere you want or need to go. The property manager Staci was great. She met us at the house when we arrived. She quickly responded to questions if we reached out. The house itself was ok. The beds were very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, even after someone came to try and fix it while we were there. (One reason this was a problem is because 2 people in our group had to work periodically. Second is because we needed to watch UofM in the national championship game and then the Detroit Lions) The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking utensils (after you found them lol). The pool was nice. The hot tub was relaxing. The resident iguanas were fun to watch every day. All and all it was a great trip. ##### Catherine P.
