Pros: View was amazing. Very quiet end of island and peaceful atmosphere. Not too far from a grocery store. You could walk to a nice area of the inlet and go into the water. Close to very nice beaches and good restaurants. Cons: host was not responsive. Didn’t get the check in information until an hour and a half past checkin. Tried host multiple times and no response until I called Vrbo direct. Didnt respond to other questions the whole week. No towels in house and they were hard to find on the island so make sure you bring some. No washer or dryer in the condo like stated.

Great location for quiet and watching boats go by. About a 30min walk along the shore and through the woods to Red Hook. Downside place wasn't reddy at check in. Building supervisor had to help out getting information for a code to get in and to get house keeping to come. Check in was at 4 house keeping came at 630ish. We went back to find that place still was not up to par for cleanliness ( hair in shower etc) And she did not leave us with blankets. We only had sheets, which the fitted sheet came off the bed ever time you moved. Plus the mattress needs upgrading. People were very nice and helpful. Just wish everything was good from the start. I think if they replaced a few items and changed their house keeping service it could be a great place to stay.
