Palm Tree Paradise is your escape from it all! Newly renovated villa with private entrance and courtyard located in Pineapple Village adjacent to the Margaritaville resort. Condo has 24-hr a day gated security and is easy walking distance to 3 beaches (Coki beach, Sugar beach, and Margaritaville beach). Your stay includes beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and insulated cooler! Full access to Pineapple Village pool as well as other Margaritaville resort amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and water sports/ surf shack… all without paying resort prices or extra fees. Located on the desirable East End near Red Hook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes oversized glass/tile shower, new kitchenette, and new king size bed. Perfect Getaway

The property was just as described and provided a great place for our visit. The location was just right and was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. Our Hosts communicated frequently and helped make the stay easy. Highly recommend this property and will look to visit again if our travels ever bring us back to St. Thomas.

A little bit of paradise

Pineapple Village great location for Coki Beach and snorkeling. Be sure to enjoy whole fish from Simply Delicious on Coki Beach. Nice Happy Hour at Margarita Resort.

Quiet Tropical Hideaway

The well-cared for villa was tucked away but yet close to a bar and restaurant on the beach. Parking was good and the villa had every thing we needed for our week stay! We will be back!

The place was the perfect location as you have access to all of the Margaritaville bar and restaurant. The pineapple Village pool is better than the resort, and very few people use it so you’re basically having it to yourself. Rick was very quick to resolve a small issue we had And checked in with us after the fact to make sure it was good. Next time we will be staying in the same place!

Great rental

The villa we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed that the room was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels, and beach chairs. I was really happy that they had a generator that kept the power running during the multiple power outages we had while we were there. Check-in was easy and we didn't have any issues while we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay!

My friend and I rented this place from a Monday through a Friday and it was nothing but amazing. No complaints from us whatsoever. It was especially cool being right next to Margaritaville and made for retrieving taxis super easy. We also loved how we had a secluded communal pool a few feet from our unit. Needless to say we will be back but definitely for a longer trip!! Thank you again Karen and Rick!

Better than expected!

Cute, clean, utterly quiet and peaceful. Setting was gorgeous, grounds and pool well kept. Hosts were prompt and very helpful, nearby but never intrusive. Located on the north shore of the island where the better beaches are, but the busier city (Charlotte Amalie) is only a short drive or cheap taxi away. Would definately stay there if we came back.

Couples retreat

My husband and I took a few days away on a trip to St. Thomas to be together and to recharge- we had the perfect spot! We were beyond comfortable. There were several beaches within walking distance and we were always able to get a taxi. The Pineapple Paradise was extremely clean and well-appointed. Our hosts were easily available and provided lots of helpful advice. We could not have asked for a better couples vacation!

Was clean & easy check in, BUT alot smaller than anticipated, lots of little ants in kitchen, didn't realize it was actually inside same gated complex with Margaritaville not just "near it" as described which i wasn't wanting in Margaritaville. Some warning of the God awful smell from the sargasm there that Margaritaville doesn't clean up was extremely overwhelming. The pictures on the listing made it seem like you had nice views and really close to the beach. Neither is the case. Zero views of anything but the fences

Nice clean and neat room near the beach and resort

Nice clean updated room with small courtyard. This was a very economical option to be near a pool and beaches in a quiet area on the island. It sits right next to the Margaritaville Resort and the Pleasant Point resort. If you are looking for a room with a view, this isn’t it but the location makes up for it. The people staying in the nearby resorts are paying more than double and you get to use the same facilities, restaurants and store. Recommended

Perfect place to work

Rick and Karen are top notch hosts! Communication started from the time of booking to the end of travel. From making special accommodations upon my arrival to quick responses. My stay in St Thomas was for work however managed to escape and enjoy the beautiful beaches and location was perfect. The unit was exactly how described and was satisfied. Unit location was peaceful and enjoyed the serene courtyard patio. Travelling solo I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and property grounds. Thank you Rick and Karen looking forward to returning in April.

Just great!

This was a great vacation. The accommodations were perfect for what I needed. I felt completely safe and it was a great location. The owners were so helpful and responsive. The villa was clean and the owners left so many helpful things like a smart tv, microwave and large refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, good toilet paper and towels, utensils, plates, mugs, towels, iron, sunscreen and off. The villa was just as described. Being that it was guard controlled, me being myself, made me feel that much more safe. It is near markets and beautiful Coki beach. Coral world was also great. Try the dolphin experience. Ref Hook is also very close. You can take the ferry or barge (with your rental vehicle) to St. John. Margaritaville is a beautiful resort. Their restaurant is expensive, but it’s good. Don’t sleep on Moe’s market because I went further out and paid an arm and a leg for food. Groceries are just really expensive so plan accordingly. Also other than those demon mosquitoes, the villa had NO BUGS!!! That alone was my selling point, I stayed 7 days and could have stayed longer. Don’t forget to park on the left side of the parking lot. Oh yeah driving on the left side of the road is wild. Have fun!

Not a good communicator

The room is clean & beds are comfortable, pillows are not. I asked about transport to St John prior to arriving & did not receive a response. We rented a car & asked locals who recommend people ferry & not to take our car to St John. Plenty of taxis are available in St. John. When we arrived, we struggled to turn ac on. Rick responded by text & we figured out. I asked about groc store & he referenced the book. The notebook is helpful. I told him all the bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner are half empty. NO RESPONSE. We ran out of body wash. The photos are accurate & it’s nice to have access to Margaritaville, which has a great brunch on Sunday for 45. Pools are great there too. Don’t be deceived by main cover photo. This is a small, clean condo but there is no water view unless you walk 2 blocks to margaritaville & the beach area is tiny. The patio is a small porch with full fence around (good privacy) but no view. I give 2 stars for communication bc we ran out of supplies & never received a response from Rick. Also, this is a small thing, the photo shows popcorn. We didn’t have any. Ty for the coffee pods.and refrigerator & microwave are great.
