Villa Arpeggio features four spacious king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath. The master suite, located on the main floor, offers a separate entrance, private balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views, creating a tranquil retreat apart from the main living areas. A second king bedroom is also located on the main floor within the main house, offering comfort and convenience, again with a private balcony. On the villa’s lower level (-1 floor), two additional king bedrooms open to a shared sitting area with a smart TV, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Outstanding views, private location and well appointed house with everything you need in the kitchen and rest of the house allowing you to settle in and enjoy everything the North side of St. Thomas has to offer.
