"If you are looking for a unique stay with beautiful water views, this is the place for you. We enjoyed the fun little nautical touches throughout the property, right down to the quirky kitchen that made us feel like we were on a boat. What truly makes this place, is the view over Cocgane Bay. We spent many happy hours lounging on the ample deck and enjoying the beautiful sun room. Note: Dryer isn't working, although that is noted in the listing of amenities. It would be a nice feature to fix...

"The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Adequate supply of everything required was there. -not everyone uses one cup coffee machines. I found the Tassimo difficult to use and not cost effective. We went to Walmart and purchased our own drip coffee maker. -clear instructions on how to separate your garbage would have been helpful along with pick up day. -tv is mounted far too high on wall for comfortable viewing. -"

"Great location. Able to walk to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable home for two couples and two small dogs. Great deck facing the water with a hot tub. Beautiful beaches nearby. We did take day trips to Hopewell rocks and Saint John and Magnetic hill. Very pet friendly area. Visited breweries and wineries with our dogs. I would have given it 5 stars but the beds were very uncomfortable. Time for new mattresses.!"

"I almost never do reviews but need to do this one. Property has serious septic/leach field issue and should not have been rented in this condition. Back yard was flooded with overflow and wastewater was pooled up under the back deck to the extent you could hear it gurgle when toilet was flushed. When the washing machine drained the toilet burped and we had to close the windows from the smell of the yard. The toilet was leaking at the base onto the bathroom floor and required two flushes to get...
