The toilet was not connected to the wall and pipes exposed in the back. Also rocked when sat upon. Same with shower head, pipes exposed and hanging out the wall. No water pressure at sink at all. Had to wash hands at bathtub faucet. Black spots splattered on ceiling above bed. Mold on curtains above ...

Our stay at the Sirata was disappointing. Our room was nice and mostly clean. However, the grounds and outdoor spaces were considerably less numerous and less impressive than the pictures indicate.
