Located just steps from Clearwater's vast sugar beaches. This spacious and comfortable unit offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The condo is in a quiet area, that’s ideal for families, a short walk from the beach, family-friendly attractions, and a wide variety of restaurants and activities. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking the intracoastal inlet—kids and adults alike will love spotting dolphins and manatees swimming by the dock! This spacious 1310 square foot space offers a full kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our condo features all-new furnishings and lots of space for up to 6 people to enjoy. The 17 foot balcony faces onto the bay and allows you to enjoy a spectacular view of the dolphin’s swimming along the gulf coast. The boutique style 3 storey building is conveniently located near all the main Clearwater attractions including Captain Bligh's mini golf ( across the street) ,Pier 60, the trolley, the Clearwater Marina and all of the finest local Clearwater restaurants and pubs. LIVING & DINING ROOMS The living area offers a brand new 50” flat screen TV and comfortable seating for 6\. The two sectional sofas can extend into two double sized beds when pulled out and as required for the larger family. A clean simple décor with neutral vinyl planks, blue and white accents provides a calm, coastal and cozy feel to this living space. In the dining area guests can enjoy the 113” extendable dining table that can seat a large family comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The main bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and walk-out balcony. It is furnished with two new queen sized beds and offers the convenience of a 43” wall-mounted flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and private shower/tub area. Both bathrooms are equipped with integrated bluetooth fan speakers. The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and is located beside a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. AMENITIES Guest amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryers in both bathrooms, a large load washer & dryer, and plenty of towels and extra linens for your comfort and convenience. Ample parking is available for two large vehicles in the covered garage. A selection of beach gear/accessories and beach towels are provided for your use. She always responded promptly whether I was asking questions about the unit or rental process before renting or asking questions about the unit or area while we were there. We ran into one minor issue while in the unit and she went above and beyond to resolve it. The location is great and the unit was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. Everyone said it was perfect. There was enough to do that the kids could go out and entertain themselves, we could walk to the beach, and we could do plenty of things as a family without a lot of effort. We have only been home for a day and my kids are already asking when we can go back to the same rental. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable.Loved view from our balcony where we could sit and watch dolphins We loved that walk to Clearwater beach was 8-10 minutes and with many restaurants and shops The sand and water were spectacular and we rented bikes by the hour which was fun Also loved the Pan Filios bar across the street had great pizza Also close by was a great Italian restaurant The Gondalier Steps away from local market and liquor store with Publix less then 10 minutes by car Suzanne emailed us to make sure we got there okay and if we needed anything. Any questions that came up she immediately responded Would loved to have gone back next year but was already booked Definitely a 5 star property ##### Gord P. This location is off the main road so it's not so busy but it's still within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Suzanne is extremely friendly and any questions I asked got asked in a timely manner. Our house for the week was very clean and well maintained! We brought laundry soap, trash bags, and dish soap as most places don't provide that but it was there for our use if we needed it! Our only complaint would be the trash can in the kitchen was of smaller size. We had 8 people in our group and I felt we constantly took trash down to the chute provided. Thank you for an overall amazing experience in clearwater! We travel to a new place every year for our children to explore new things but if we come back to clearwater we will be staying here! ##### Jessica n. The view is amazing with dolphin swimming by daily and the apartment overall is spacious and clean. The host Suzanne, was quickly helpful when needed and very nice too. From the booking process to checking out, Suzanne has been wonderful. Extremely responsive, kind and great to work with. The condo was better than expected. Clean, comfortable beds, smart TV, dishes available for use, dishwasher, dryer and washer and breath taking balcony view. The location was convenient and a short distance from the beach and restaurants. We loved eating King’s pizza and wings by the private condo pool and sitting on our balcony in the morning seeing the dolphins swim by and taking in the breath taking views.
