You will enjoy luxurious Vera Wang towels, crisp Percale sheets, soft & firm Pacific Coast Down Pillows and the most comfortable sleep on a Simmons Beauty Rest all used in the finest four and five star hotels. Spent a few days with my college age daughter for her spring break. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was wonderful. It was right on the water and sitting having morning tea on the balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great kitchen and living room set up where we could all hang out. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this location. While the exterior and pool don’t have much curb appeal, the location, patio and interior more than make up for that. I’d stay here again. Great spot for families looking to enjoy the beach. Great hosts!

We were on the 2nd floor and we were so impressed with the view from the condo. Loved the feel of the condo from when we walked in. The layout is perfect for a few people staying the night. Bedrooms on opposite ends and the couch turns into a trundle type bed. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed the quiet environment and the great views from the balcony. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages the owners left for us. It was a nice unexpected treat after a long drive to get there. We would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed from the moment we walked in. This place is clean the toilet papers had little flowers folded on them. The bedsheets and pillows so fresh and clean. The host left us a bottle of wine and all of the beach amenities that we needed including an umbrella. I would stay at this property again. It is also easy to get to everything in town and walk to the beaches

Lina's home had amazing views from the balcony as it is right on the water. It was centrally located and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The home had all that we needed. Lina was very reachable and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was looking for a few quiet, stress-free beach days and this condo delivered! The condo was clean, quiet and had a lovely water view from the balcony that was a great place to have morning coffee. The beach was only a 5-minute walk, and the beach chairs and wagon provided made it an easy trip. We were far enough away from the hotels that the beach was not crowded near our location. I highly recommend this property!!

This condo is a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! However the couch is pretty uncomfortable, it would have been nice to have another seating option in the living room. Also the balcony outside railing is extremely rotted and unsafe, needs to be addressed. We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect!

This place is very nice. The pool was great also! I would recommend chic #3 to anyone who wants to relax and overlook the bay. If you sit out on the balcony and be patient you will see dolphins in the bay. The beach isn't a bad walk, it can be hot though if the temperatures are high and the humidity is up. Lovely place!

Lina's place is fabulous! The five of us - friends since high school - stayed here for a long weekend. We've visited Clearwater every year for more than 20 years and have stayed in lots of rentals in the area. This place is very clean, well-decorated, and in a great location (north of the pier). The added touches like beach gear and complimentary snacks were icing on the cake. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year!

Beautifully decorated home. Location was a lot further from the marina than expected, but close to the beach if you’re wanting a more secluded area. Renting a golf cart next door solved that issue though. Friend of mine went fishing and was hoping to grill the fish, as we were instructed not to cook fish inside, but the grill wasn’t functioning. But we found a restaurant that prepared the fish for us. Overall, a very nice place!

We truly enjoyed everything about this apartment. It’s was very clean, simple yet comfortable. It’s convenient and easily walkable to many restaurants. The view from the porch was spectacular! Although there was a hiccup with the Vrbo system and we didn’t receive the check in instructions, the owner was very responsive and promptly got us everything we needed. We highly recommend!

THis was a perfect spot to spend a week. There were great beaches within walking distance, lots of restaurants and bars that were a short walk away, too. The drive to many other locations along the coast was easy to do. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. I left something behind when I checked out and Lina was kind enough to mail it to me. Much appreciated!

I can understand why there was no picture of the front. Looks like a shabby place from 70s that hasn’t been touched since then. Back patio not much better. Patio furniture is awful, grill not much better. Pool was very small and the pool furniture was subpar. The inside was beautiful though. Nicely decorated, great view of the bay.

Very convenient location . Close to the Tampa airport . Close enough to walk to the beach , resturants and bars. Great view of the inter coastal . Good communication and check in . Listing was incorrect on the dock . Broken boards, old rusted chairs, and caution tape up. Could not go out on it . Very disappointing. Exterior and pool do not have curb appeal. The inside is nice, but does need a handyman there were lightbulbs out in the bathroom and screens were torn .

I, along with my daughter and her family of two small children, had a perfect stay at the beach over NYEve. The apartment is beautifully appointed, spacious, very attractive, bright, has a great view of the bay, and is located in walkable proximity to all the fun of Clearwater Beach. Upon arrival, the lock was stuck and I couldn’t gain access. (This was due to salt air, no one’s fault.) Lina responded immediately, as well, as maintenance crews, that day and the next. Problem easily resolved. I would definitely stay here again. Lina is a great host. I would recommend this accommodation for individuals, couples, or families with teenagers.
