Awesome getaway

We have stayed at this condo complex many times. This is the first time we stayed in this particular unit. It was just lovely, comfortable quiet everything you could ask for. Communication with the owner was top-notch highly recommend. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Awesome quick getaway

Perfect little property to stay at in what i felt was a quiet part of the area. It was safe to walk some at night and has the best little breakfast spot across the street. Very close to multiple beaches and easy area to navigate.

Great studio and location!!

Studio was very clean and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool area and scenic view from balcony. Clearwater Beach is very easy to get around in. Would definitely stay here again

This Condo was clean and the balcony was inviting it overlooked the marina. We loved the area and enjoyed Bicycling . The pool area was nice as well the water was perfect for a swim after the beach .

Comfortable and Convenient

Convenient to retaurants, bars and shopping. The bed was comfortable although a little awkward getting in and out. It was clean, although about time for updating.

Clearwater Marina

The balcony and sunrise was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. Our furbabies enjoyed the patio also. The pool was heated perfectly. It was a great getaway.

Needed to be in the Tampa area for a Dr visit and this location/space was perfect. On the beach but away from the busy strip. Nice quiet cozy space with a large balcony to have coffee/evening drink. There is a wonderful park with a beach across the bridge from here, and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommend if you want to be in the Tampa area but not in the city proper.

Perfect place and location

Loved the place ….Very pleased with the stay, owners communicated from beginning to end. Very close to restaurants and shops. Room was exactly as stated , wish TV was a little bigger but it worked well. Nice area! Only issue we had was The elevator didn’t want to go down on certain days. But other days it worked fine . Will recommend and probably return again !

Pet friendly, just use leash. Sunrises over the marina are not to be missed. Everything is close to the condo. Bring coffee pods, no drip coffee maker. Very clean. Owner made certain mother had a step stool to help with getting into bed.

Perfect for our need

Condo was well equipped and met our needs. Owners are great communicators. We were thankful they let us bring our fur babies. To no fault of owners, we did not get much sleep due to noises around there. Everyday it was a different noise waking us up. Yard ppl at 630 am, deliveries w the backing up snd dumping. I giess that comes with staying in a condo

We didn’t become fans of Clearwater Beach, however these accommodations were lovely. Only complaint about it would be the bed and pillows. Bed was extremely hard to get in and out of and very very soft. pillows were nearly non-existent due to being so flat. Caused miserable back and neck issues. I’d say update that and you’ll have yourself a 5 star place! A little noisy late night from folks arriving back from their day. Nothing horrible. Extremely clean and had everything needed! Elevator worked when it wanted to. Thankfully it worked when we hauled our stuff to the 4th floor from our car. Took the 4 flights of stairs often when it didn’t want to function.

Marina stay ~Clearwater

I was overly impressed with the communication of the owner/ host. Very accommodating, even allowed me to check in early due to flight. Also changed the coffee keurig to a coffee pot, because I drink more than a cup or two. Always responsive. Cute little place , decorated nicely. The only downfall was the construction noise. There was construction in the building , to the south of the Yacht club ( complete demolition of a building ) and to the North of the building . So all around, I feel this should have been disclosed prior to booking. I didn’t spend too much time in the condo, which was helpful, but it made it very distracting when trying to have coffee or relax on the deck. I loved the use of the bicycle, as it allowed me access to exercise and exploring. I loved Sand key and spent most of my time there. Clearwater was nice to see/ visit, but much too crowded for my taste, if you do go try and get to N. Clearwater beach. Overall good stay: and awesome hosts. They accomodate and left a cute little snack basket w/ coffees and creamers. Also, they aren’t like other VRBO’s who say they leave you 1 TP and 1 Paper towel. They definitely stock you up.

Property was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Some things were old like the kitchen, bathroom (toilet stuck and would run continuously, switches were missing, some water stains on the celling. Overall great location, easy access and parking but unit is older and more wore than listing presented.

Easy check in and out, owners were very detailed in communication, great location near sand key and Clearwater beaches plus restaurants and bars. The added bonus of a parking spot was a nice addition compared to the surrounding hotels with 40-50 per day parking rates. A couple nice beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys for kids are another bonus! Small studio style one room condo setup with small kitchenette but functional for two people not planning to cook at the condo and using as a crash pad.
