This duplex was very clean and well-equipped. Plenty of kitchen accessories as well as laundry room and items for the beach such as chairs, towels and umbrella. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful yet there were several restaurants/bars within a 5-10 minute walk, some with live music at night. Best of all the beach is just 2 blocks away and it's very easy to drive to other nearby beaches. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner of the property. Very nice stay!

Awesome beach access!
Clean, happy duplex stocked with beach goodies, plenty of towels and comfy beds only a couple streets off beach! Kids road bikes, and we appreciated the wagon and beach toys, too. Hosts were lovely folks and so welcoming. We will be back and the Mack's!

As a first time Vrbo user, the experience with Janelle at her Indian Rocks Beach property was excellent. She was always quick to reply to any questions I had leading up to the trip, and the check in process was simple. All aspects of the property was exactly as listed, a great overall experience; we plan to return.

I would recommend this duplex. The home owners were great to work with. Any time I had questions, they were quick to respond. When a minor issue arose, they were on their way to fix it immediately. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay pleasant, nothing went unnoticed.

Absolutely Perfect
This accomodatiin had everything we needed.. and a few we didnt know we needed! Walking distance to the beach, and close to everything! The host was attentive and wonderful! The little one had his first game of foosball and he is HOOKED! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for having us!!

Great location and place
This place is at the end of a dead end road but easily walkable to the beach. Very peaceful. There is an outside shower, and nice space under back deck as well as on the deck. In the garage is washer and dryer, and ping pong table, and other games. Unit is up one flight of outside stairs. Beautiful place and well equipped. Once upstairs, everything is one level. Owners are super nice and helpful. AC went out and they got someone to repair as quickly as possible (over July 4th holiday). We would definitely stay again. Quiet location and beach access has no public parking there, so quieter section of beach.Walking distance to ice cream and food (15 minutes).

Loved, loved, loved it! Can't wait to go back.
I don't want to write a good review because than everyone will want my new favorite rental, (but that would be unfair.) The rental was as advertised. Short walk to the beach, beach wagon, chair, umbrella and towels. Nice king size bed ( the only drawback was the foam pillows) but I think that is a Florida thing. There is a Kurieg, french press and coffee maker depending on your needs. All the pots and pans, dished you need. I especially love that there was a snack basket and water in the fridge and spices, etc, left by previous tenants . There is also sun tan lotion etc, in the bathroom cabinet. I would go check it out first before you go to the store to see what you really need. We walked to the local restaurants every day. (Crabby Bills. PJ's Oyster house, Jake's Cantina, etc) I went to the beach every day as well. Low key for us and very happy with the WiFi and communication with the owner was top notch. We ordered Door Dash a couple of nights and just watched a movie. It was on a quiet street, there is an outside deck to sit and read. We did not use the fire pit, but it was there with chairs. It was clean and comfortable. Good working AC, loved the ice cube holder inside the freezer, you could get as much ice as you needed. We will definitely book again.

spacious, quiet spot near beach
The location is in a quiet spot a few short blocks to Indian Rocks beach. About 10-15 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 45 min to Tampa, and 30 min to St Pete. Large bedrooms and large living space. Had chairs, towels and wagon for spending time at beach. We had a short stay, so we didn't take advantage of the spacious kitchen- but we were happy to find the heat worked as it was in the 40's outside our first night.

The hosts ensured that our warm welcome began with snacks and water, and the house had everything we needed during our vacation (condiments, cooking spray, napkins, tissues, soaps, even k-cups!). We arrived well after grocery stores had closed for the night, and a seemingly small thing was a huge plus for us, to be able to wake up and have coffee! There are plenty of linens, including thick beach towels. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the bicycles, and made good use of them to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee and breakfast places, and convience stores within walking or biking distance. Of course, the beach is a quick walk too. There's an inexpensive trolly to head north to Sand Key, Clearwater, and further. The host was incredibly responsive when we reached out with a question or need (such as extra blankets as it was unseasonably cool). We highly recommend this property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had no issues with check-in, the condo was clean and well-stocked. The walk to the beach was short and we discovered nearby new restaurants with great food. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location
We stayed at this duplex over Labor Day weekend. It's in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The duplex was exactly as listed. Clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the water. Janelle and her husband handled the issue and we're very responsive and apologetic, even though it was not their fault. They were able to move us to the other side of the duplex for our last night, which is just as nice! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for your hospitality... We look forward to our next trip!

Great location. Three minutes walk to beach.
The house offered an incredible level of comfort and the location was ideal. Location allowed us to walk to many restaurants, the beach, and small stores. All the rooms were clean and the house was stocked with anything and everything one might need. Host was lovely and communicative. No complaints at all.

Great stay!
I highly recommend anyone who wants a clean, well-kept and up to date condo with many extras to stay here. Loved the 2 block walk to the beach, wagon with umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids. We were so busy we didn't have time to use the bikes, ping-pong table, or deck and patio, but we will definitely be back. We've stayed in the area a handful of times before, and this is by far our favorite for location, price and great communication with the owners. We will absolutely be back! You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The location is amazing it’s a short walk to the beach less than 5 minutes! The property owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and coolers and a wagon at your disposable to cart it all to the beach!!! The home was clean and well stocked! The snacks and water provided upon our arrival was a plus! They stocked us with toilet paper, garbage bags, some basic condiments, and laundry detergent which this is a first for us!! We have paid a lot more for a VRBO rental and only received 1 garbage bag, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, 1 dishwasher and washer pod and no other amenities! The location was peaceful and ijust a short drive to Clearwater and Tampa!

Great beach vacation
We had a great stay in Indian Rocks Beach - easy walk to the beach, very comfortable and clean house, quiet neighborhood, 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Indian Rocks is a very cute area sandwiched between two bigger, busier beach towns - plenty to do, but not too touristy!

Good location for what we needed. I feel like the garage needed a little attention and the fan In the bathroom was covered in dust, the mattress in the master BR was very uncomfortable, needs to be replaced. The owner was quick to respond and provided great direction. All in all a great choice for us. We would certainly go back if the opportunity came up.

Location, clean, comfortable!
Why stay on busy Gulf Blvd when you can stay just off the main street? Mack's place was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Would be perfect for 2 couples. The location to the beach and public transportation (we didn't rent a car) was excellent. The unit was very clean and super stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beach equipment and bikes were a plus. Quiet neighborhood was great. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the unit.

PERFECT beach getaway!!
This place is the BEST!! One of the best equipped rentals I’ve stayed at. Bikes, games, oodles of beach gear, kitchen is stocked well, beds are so comfortable, quiet street, walking distance to an ice cream shop and of course a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return. The hostess is unbelievably kind and thoughtful. You won’t be disappointed.

Just what we needed
We spent a fantastic week in this duplex which had everything we needed and a whole lot more. We enjoyed the sunsets on the beach, wandering around the nearby nature preserve. Communication was perfect, Janelle checked in with us to make sure we had arrived safely on arrival day and was quick to reply if we needed her during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Another wonderful stay in IRB!
We've been to IRB a couple times now, and Bob and Janelle's place is our favorite so far. It's a 3 minute walk straight to the beach access, and pretty much everything is available for you, including chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a wagon to tow it in. That was really convenient! Check-in was very simple - no driving to a key drop-off spot like other rentals. Everything was nice and clean, no issues whatsoever. As a bonus, our boys really enjoyed the ping-pong table and foosball in the garage. Thanks for a lovely vacation, it was just what the doctor ordered!

The perfect spot
The rental unit was up to date and very clean. It has beds for 6 and enough seating for 6 also. The furniture and beds were all comfy! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The back deck was lovely, great place for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe and just a quick walk to the beach Janelle was available for answering questions and made sure we made it in ok. I would rent this unit again

Most perfect rental
This property was amazing, and probably one of the nicest and cleanest places I’ve rented from. The owners went above and beyond of expectations of what they provided for the property. It was very nice to go somewhere and not have to worry about the little things needed for a rental when away, they supplied basically everything you can think of. We enjoyed riding the bikes and playing games at night. The beach is a short walk, and they have everything needed for a perfect beach day. Hoping to come back again! Place is very cute! Kitchen was gorgeous! Beds were comfortable. Owner provides any thing you can possibly need. Thank you for the water and snacks! Keys were in lockbox so easy checking. Area is super quiet. Lots of people walking in area. Close to beach like 2.5 blocks. Beach was clean soft sand can walk fir hours. Crabby Bills and many bars and restaurants in area with live music. It’s a great location close to Clearwater and Treasure Island. Owner checked in and was close by if we needed anything. Great stay!

We had a great stay at Relax at Macks. The house was clean and exactly as presented on the website. Having the bikes, beach cart, chairs and towels made it very easy to pack for our trip. Home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay at the Relax at Mack’s. It is a very pretty house and has everything you need and more. They had snacks and water for us on arrival which was awesome, made my kids very happy. Every time I thought about something I forgot - there is was in the next drawer, like a miracle. They even had a large bottle of vinegar that came in very handy when my kid got stung by a jellyfish. It is a very short and easy walk from the beach and there is everything you would need to have a great day by the ocean - beach toys, towels, cooler, and a buggy to drag it all there and back. I loved the floors, they make the place feel warm and cozy unlike the cold tiles floors of the other rentals. The owners are very nice and responsive. The place is a short walk to a number of great restaurants and ice cream shops. We stopped by Kooky Coconut on our way to the beach a couple of times and had some toasted coconut and vanilla, both great choices. Overall I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Found out Forever Beach Home
We travelled with our grandchildren and their parents The duplex was wonderful and even more comfy than any description The owner had placed special touches from decorator towels and beach decor to kitchen staples. The foosball and pool tables kept the children busy There were Bicycles Beach chairs, toys, fire pit and an outdoor grill. Because of the pandemic and usual crowded restaurants we only ordered out once! Yes, others are right- Just bring your suitcase, steaks and beer
