Ultra-cute, newly renovated modern 2/1 home

Newly remodeled, modern 2/1 900 SQFT home with spacious vaulted ceilings. Sits on a quaint island just south of down-town Saint Petersburg, FL. Well equipped for indoor/outdoor cooking, dining & living - everything you could possibly want in mint & matching condition. Kitchen has a newly installed, custom breakfast bar for two, and dining room seats four. Infrared grill and grilling utensils provided. Backyard has a white vinyl privacy fence and boasts a fire pit with four adirondack chairs, plus a back porch with a dining table with seating for four. Front porch has seating for eight and an umbrella for shade. Keyless no-contact entry.

2-blocks from the bay/bayou and public boat ramp & park. 1/2 mile from Coquina Key Park with tennis courts, pickle ball and walking path. 5-minutes to down-town Saint Petersburg. 10-miles to Ft. DeSoto beach & park. Catch the newly launched, free Sun Runner transit system from down-town to the beaches. Easy access to interstate and all that St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota have to offer!

Beach chairs and beach towels for four provided. Outdoor seating & private communal spaces in front & back of home.

Conducive for remote working with sit/stand desk and strong wifi.

Security camera actively records audio & visual on front of house when there is activity.

Can accommodate mid-term rentals & willing to negotiate price based on length-of-stay - please send inquiry if interested. On premise laundry (full-size, new SamSung washer/dryer) is NOT available for short-term rentals, but I can make available for mid-term rentals.

Cute and clean

The property is beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. Most importantly, it is clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It's just a short drive to downtown and the beach. I will definitely recommend it and hopefully book it again for our next visit to see family.

Another great stay!

This was our second time booking this adorable home and it is exactly as advertised. It is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in St. Pete. The hosts have thought of everything. Location is close to downtown / the St Pete Pier, and a quick drive to the beach. We love this home, and hope to book again!

Super cute little house! Immaculately clean! Beds were very comfy and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want. It was the perfect “home base” for our visit to the area. Would definitely rent again!

Short stay getaway

The stay was very comfortable and everything was thought of. The space gave a homely feel; though intimate, there was enough space in the backyard to relax and unwind. There's still some work to be done on the landscaping but even that was outlined and an apology rendered, great little space with great potential.

These three adults were super comfortable in the house. Extra attention was paid by the host that we would have everything we needed. Very well stocked, nice work area, and a great renovation.

Short getaway

We enjoyed our short stay. The house was clean, check-in was smooth, and the property was just as it was portrayed on VRBO. The only thing that was a small issue is that I am partially handicapped and I had to have my husbands assistance to step out of the front door because there wasn't anything for me to hold on to.

Super cute accurately described place and amenities. Clean, incredibly organized and convenient location to beaches and downtown. Convenient store across the street. Great neighborhood. Main bedroom is full size mattress (short if you're taller than 5'9") and other is Murphy bed.Host was responsive and accurate in providing info. Wonderful stay for our first Indy race.

Love The Green House!

This is a great home - everything about it is exactly as advertised, the decorating taste is amazing, and we loved our stay here! The only two things I'd say are - it'd be great if there was a Keurig (I brought my own French press for morning coffee) and my friend and I (two relatively small females) did not feel comfortable walking downtown from a safety standpoint. The surrounding neighborhood is OK but not great. That said, the house was extremely close (about 5-8m) in car from the downtown, including places like the Dali Museum, and the location did not detract from our stay in the home at all. The home itself is a complete gem!

I want this to be my secret

I’m afraid if I am honest about how AMAZING AND WONDERFUL this property is…. Then it’ll never be able for me to come back!! What. An. Amazing. Stay. Top to bottom this had all the checkmarks!! It is EXACTLY as you see in the pictures online. Checkin was super easy and I knew Amy was available if we ever needed anything. Spoiler alert: we didn’t!! My daughter and I loved this rental! It is centrally located to anything you may want to do in the area. Amy provides enough of all the essentials that all you’ll need is the clothes you bring with! I’m anticipating being back in the area often and I’ll book here as my first choice! They have an air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, and the kitchen is stocked - including spices! The Murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom is very comfortable! There are helpful hint cards in every room to give you a lay of the land! Games and books are there too! Kitchen is brand new - along with everything else! We didn’t use the backyard - it looked nice but is still a work in progress. It is on a busy street. No issue, but good to know. My daughter and so felt safe the entire time we were there. Amy / thanks for an amazing stay!

This is a super cute home! The space is well thought out and the host is incredibly thoughtful. It was very clean and the decor was gorgeous! The bed in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s nothing a topper can’t fix, and I do wish there was a queen size bed, but that’s just being nitpicky. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!
