Two Houses on One Property!

  • The front house is The Green Iguana, an updated 3/1 with two off street parking spots and in suite laundry.

    The back house is The Pink Flamingo, an updated 2/1 with in suite laundry.

    Come enjoy the entire property. Great for groups that need individual privacy!

    The property is listed for up to 12 guests. There are 5 bedrooms total which can sleep 2 people each. The other 2 may each sleep on one of the couches. Otherwise, keep your guests to 10 if everyone requires a bed.

Great Place

Very comfortable property. Bedrooms were large and clean. Showers were hot. Neighborhood was quiet. We had 10 adults, two children and two small dogs and we all had a good time. Property is close to everything St. Pete has to offer. Would stay here again. Owner was very helpful.

Perfect for what we needed

We had 8 family members needing a house to stay in for a few nights. This set of two little houses suited us perfectly. Good location with easy access to downtown St. Pete. Good communication from host. Parking is a little tight on the road if you have more than two vehicles, but worked out just fine for us.
