The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for us and everyone said their beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s rest. This condo is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, resorts and the beach! We especially enjoyed the balcony and watching the resident pelican, seagulls and a dolphin sighting. The complex was very quiet. The pool is small but providied a refreshing dip on the hot humid days of June. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs! My only suggestion would be to replace the pillows on the beds. They are old and lumpy. Had a great time and it was very close to public beach (beside Opal Sands resort). Plenty of chairs, towels, and beach toys (may want to replace beach wagon as it's missing some screws). We had an incredible stay! We had 6 adults, 2 young adults and a one year old! Plenty of room for everyone! Condo was equipped with everything we needed (with a little help from sunshine baby rentals!) for our one week stay! The beach was just a few blocks away and there was plenty of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. The property manager was very quick to respond when we realized the air conditioner had frozen up while we were gone to Tampa for a day. Maintenance was very kind as well. The views were beautiful and almost everything is of walking distance. The manager/owner of the condo was very responsive when we had a question. It's about a 5 minute walk to the public beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the pier. Many restaurants in close walking distance. The condo is very spacious and well maintained. Huge dining room table for big groups and a big outdoor balcony. We loved the view though in the morning the sun is bright but the unique floor-wall shades really helped with that. Not much to complain about though we could not get the door ice maker in the fridge to work. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit is fantastic. There was plenty of room, enough beach chairs, a kitchen with enough supplies to make a good dinner, and a spectacular view. Our interaction with the management company was terrific. The previous renters forgot to leave the parking pass but the management company was "Johnny on the Spot" with a temp pass. The unit owners deserve a better cleaning crew. For what is charged for cleaning, the place should be spotless. It was not. That did not diminish from our enjoyment. It is beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The view is spectacular. The property is quiet. The elevators were reliable. Pool and hot tub were nice! The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bath was gorgeous with a separate toilet area, double sinks, a walk in shower and huge bathtub. The other two bedrooms had plenty of space for two beds each. The property is in walking distance to some great restaurants and necessities. It’s about a 12 minute walk to Pier 60, but the area feels safe and is well lit for walking at night.
