Located just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fun in the sun.

This studio features two queen beds and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen/Dining Area:
Includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and other essentials.
There’s also a dining table for two.

Laundry:
Shared washer and dryer available, with laundry detergent provided.

Parking:
Enjoy free parking in a private driveway—no need to worry about street parking.

Shared Amenities:
Relax by the fenced-in pool, fire up the BBQ grill, play mini golf, or unwind by the fire pit.

- Each guest is provided with 2 washcloths, 1 bath towel, and 1 hand towel.

This property is not a one bedroom apartment. It is a Hotel Room with a window air conditioner that does not work correctly, a microwave oven, and a small hotel style refrigerator. The bathroom is tiny; no bath tub. No Onsight Management.
