I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. There are Samsung TV's in every bedroom and one in the living room. The fancy shower in the master bath is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location makes it easy to get to many places easily. My book club, 8 women, really enjoyed our stay here when we went for a girls' trip. The house is immaculate and well-laid-out. Cute decor! The owner was flexible in letting us check in a little early, and it was easy to access the property. The location was convenient to many Clearwater and Dunedin beaches, shopping and restaurants. Parking was okay for 3-4 cars, even though the pool table is in the garage. The only thing I'd mention, for another group like ours (unrelated adults) is that the house is a split plan, so one of the bathrooms is on one side of the house, connected to the master bathroom, while the other is shared by 3 bedrooms, which meant 6 people shared a single bathroom. We only stayed 2 nights, so it was okay, and it probably wouldn't be as big a deal for a family with children. The place had an ample number of chairs, including lounges on the patio, and we really enjoyed the pool and patio. It also had televisions a lot of extra amenities. Water pressure in the guest bath was great too. The pool was sparkling. The pergola was great for outside visiting. Good privacy. Wonderful pool table, darts, & corn hole.
