Welcome to Sweet Air! Where the air is sweet and the living is easy! Located within crawling distance of the sugary white sands of the world famous Clearwater Beach! Equipped with a Premium Organic Hybrid Pillow Top King Size Mattress to ensure an amazing nights sleep. Located in a small building with just 6 units, only 1 house from the beach. You can walk to beach or the street to many great restaurants, bars, shops & more, yet you are still located on a quiet street away from the noise.



The Space:

Welcome to Sweet Air!



This brand new, completely renovated vacation rental will have you coming back again and again! Upon entering the unit, you will find a nice open layout consisting of the dining room and living room. Off to your right is the fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs, organic local coffee, organic tea & sugar and so much more! Plenty of space in the fridge to keep your drinks cold! We also provide a blender to whip up some frozen drinks or smoothies! In the living room you will find a large Roku TV on a full swivel mount, allowing you to view it from both the couch, or the kitchen table (Cable provided through Spectrum)!



Spend the day soaking up the beautiful sun rays on Clearwater Beach, walking north down the beach to the beautiful Caldesi Island or bar hopping to the many fantastic restaurants and bars walking distance from the unit down the street or take the more scenic route down the beach to the beachfront restaurants and bars. Once your day is complete look forward to spending the night sleeping in the luxurious Premium Organic Pillow-top King size mattresses (Nest Bedding- The Owl) topped with organic sheets to ensure you get a great nights sleep and the air is extra sweet. In the living room there is also a couch that can be put together with the ottoman to form a queen size bed. Both the master and living room have large Roku TVs with cable TV and over 125+ channels. Don't feel like watching cable, feel free to use any of the streaming apps available on the Roku platform. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, local organic coffee, tea all your cooking needs and much more.



The unit is located on the first floor of a small two story building with six total units. The building is the second house from the beach, located about 10 steps to the beach entrance which you can from the front gate and from your parking spot out front.



Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler. We also provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, books and much more.



We also try to be as eco friendly as possible, our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the whole unit, a balcony and a shared patio with a brand new Weber grill, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs. Outdoor dinning table coming soon!



The Neighborhood:

One house from the beach! Walk the beach or street to many great restaurants, bars, shops and so much more!



Getting Around:

So many restaurants, bars, shops are all within walking distance. However, if you don't feel like walking. There is the Jolly Trolley available which you can take all the way down to St Pete Beach or north to Honeymoon island, an all day pass on the trolley costs around $5 a person. There are also plenty of Ubers available if needed.



Other Things to Note:

We do provide one reserved parking spot however it is a smaller space so can be a little tight with a bigger truck. Although, once you park your car you will probably not need it again. As you are practically walking distance to everything in town including many great restaurants, bars, shops, the marina and Pier 60. A rental car is definitely not necessary.



Interaction with Guests:

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
