We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 2024\. We’ve been coming to Treasure Island for several years because we love the location. This was our first time using VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was very tastefully decorated and many of the small upgrades were nice - the beach supplies, the Keurig coffee maker, etc. Another great upgrade was the LG washer and dryer. Well supplied with paper and cleaning supplies. The housekeeping services were excellent too. Benjamin was very responsive to questions and handled our request to change the dates of our stay. Nice workout facility and little store/cafe too. Currently, there is no tv in the second bedroom, which is not a big deal. We would have enjoyed 4 smaller chairs on the balcony instead of 2 big ones so we could all enjoy it together. We liked that there were some staple products such as coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc and very nice touch to have full size shampoo and conditioners in both bathrooms. We also enjoyed the shared beach boxes that allow people to leave folding beach chairs, toys, etc. for others to use as needed. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back! We stayed with our teenage son during Spring Break 2024\. We were able to fly into St Pete airport and get to this rental unit fairly quickly (compared to Tampa airport). The unit was beautiful and exactly as it appeared in photos. Unit was stocked with shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper, oil, sponge/dish soap, coffee/filters and a few other essentials. Also had a toaster, blender and Keurig! The closet was rocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and even some aloe (which these northerners needed a day or two!). So many nice touches that saved us time and money. Ben was great at responding to questions and providing necessary information. The report itself was wonderful - great beach access and pool was nice and warm (though a bit crowded — but we just brought our beach chairs to the pool if all lounge chairs were taken). We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas. The unit was renovated, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony and how close we were to restaurants and shopping. Close to the beach with nice pool. However did not like the parking. I parked in assigned parking but daily I had someone parked directly behind me in what should be a fire lane. ##### joni c. It had everything you wanted and needed!!! Location was perfect. Quiet. Beach, amazing pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, sand volleyball, bar with great bartenders!!! Great with decor!! Pictures on the listing are accurate - the place is modern and updated, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with what we needed. Certainly not the typical worn out beach condo rental you'll find most places. The large pool and the separate kiddo splash pad/wading pool were perfect for our young family. The host was excellent as well, and was quick to respond to any questions/needs. We will be booking again in the future! ##### Anna P. The kids' wish for our stay was to spend all the day on the beach so it was perfect. Beach is a little more "quiet" which is awesome. The condo and property were very clean. Appliances, furniture etc are newer and very nice. Having the small pool as an option for the kids was so nice. There are lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby and a neat shake shop right in front of the property. ##### Lyndsie D. The condo was so clean and the beds were comfy. Our boys loved the cornhole and ping pong. The gym was very nice with up to date equipment. The communication with the host was top notch. The view was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. We will be back but for longer this time. If you have younger kids do the pirate tour out of Clearwater. It was a blast. ##### Morgan P. Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. There was a closet full of beach essentials and if there wasn't something in the closet the communal bins on the beach deck had it. The beds and couch were very comfy. Loved having the tiki bar available for fruity drinks but spent most days making breakfasts and lunches in the room to take down to the pool. Check in and check out was seamless. The place was exactly as pictured… Very clean, newly renovated, and had all the amenities we needed - and some! Communication with Ben was great. His response time was very very fast. He answered all of our questions very quickly and accurately. The location was excellent and close to grocery stores, shops, etc. The building is beachfront so you just walk downstairs and you’re at a beautiful sparkling beach with white sand. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would certainly stay again in the future! ##### Monika V. Pool space was fine. With families using the large pool area we often used the lounge chairs by the "kiddie pool" area which was a little more quiet for reading in the sun. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small, but worked out ok since we only had guests for one night. The walking path was very nice and we watched the sunset and listened to music by the nearby "tiki bar" along the path a few nights. John's Pass was within walking distance - lots of shops and restaurants there. On our last night we had dinner at Crabby's on the Pass and enjoyed watching the dolphins provide a fun show. ##### Lauri T. The property manager stayed in contact with us through the entire process. The condo was really well stocked. There was even a closet with beach items (chairs, cooler, umbrella, corn hole boards, etc) if you need them. We didn’t need to use them, as we had brought our own, but just FYI in case you don’t want to bring your own. It was VERY clean and stocked with cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap etc. We loved the beach but did not use the pool, just would rather be at the beach.
