Stayed here

I had a quiet stay here for about a month. The place was very clean and in a great location. I did run into a few issues with the lock, fire alarm, and power outages, but the management was very quick and kind to fix every issue. I would recommend staying here for a visit to st Pete. The location is great to walk around, close to downtown, and a very cute neighborhood.

Stayed for several nights and unfortunately the condition of the property did not match the listing.The backyard in particular was significantly different from what was shown in the photos, and the overall level of maintenance was much lower than expected for this price point. There were also multiple cleanliness and upkeep concerns during the stay, including pest evidence and areas that had clearly not been properly cleaned.When I raised these issues, I requested a partial refund to reflect the condition of the unit, but the host declined to offer any compensation.I ended up relocating to another nearby rental at a similar price, and the difference in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition was substantial.The location itself is excellent, but based on my experience I would not stay here again.
