Great condo on the beach
We loved staying here. Pool out the front door and the ocean out the back door - literally 50 steps from the beach We loved that the pool was a salt water pool . Condo was clean and comfortable with the feel of a beach cottage. The area is more residential so it was quiet and very relaxing. We especially loved the screened in lanai. my husband is handicapped and couldn't get to the beach but he really enjoyed sitting there and listening to the waves. We spent most of our condo time in the lanai. This place met all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come again soon.

A quiet beach vacation, perfect for families

Old time beach vacation
We loved the condo and the screened in patio was such a plus. My 81 year old mother spent most of her days out here. The pool was right out our front door. The gulf was in the back. My husband spent every day walking the beach or taking the chair out to sit. My mom and I could not get out to the beach as there are high dunes in front of it which is not stable for someone that walks w/ a walker or cane but kids and younger people should be ok. There is a charcoal grill and we used that to grill burgers and watch the sunset one evening. It’s definitely a quiet area compared to Clearwater and Indian Rocks which is exactly what we wanted. But if you’re looking for a big time party this place is not for you. All in all I would not mind staying here again

Family get away
Came to get away and celebrate sons 18th birthday. Comfortable place right on the beach. It was a great place to get away and relax. Close to Madeira Beach shops and Clearwater Beach .

Excellent Beach Location, Nice Pool
Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Warning not to turn A/C below 72 did not affect our stay in December, but might trouble me in August. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout. Screened-in porch was beautiful place to relax.

haha. No A/c in Dec. for sure. You'd be surprised how cool it stays at 70 to 72 degrees. Otherwise, with doors opening all the time, it can get condensation inside and no one wants that. We;ve never had the a/c freeze up, even when the cleaners have come after the guests departed and they left it set at 59 degrees!

we had a super time at property ,disappointed pool was not heated thought it said it was. was great to beach although they had to bring in alot of sand to protect property from damage, but we made it over sand dunes and enjoyed sunsets. the screened in porch was great. really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. all in all super time!!!

It was amazing! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach and swimming pool! Comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, wine refrigerator was unexpected but a nice surprise. Lynda was very helpful and a great host.

Great location!
This was a great beach rental for our party of 5. We have two small children ages 5 and 8 and it was steps from the beach. So convenient to be able to drive a few minutes to a restaurant or grocery store. And the sunset views from the back porch were breathtaking. There were plenty of linens and kitchen was fully stocked.

The condo was great, but the owner is odd.
I loved the condo. It was exactly as listed and the beach was beautiful. However, as you can see from some of the previous responses, the owner is a bit off. Make sure to let her know upon arrival if there is anything wrong in the condo, even the smallest of issues such as splilled milk, or she will message you accusationally about it while you are at the airport waiting on your flight home. I was very disappointed in her communication and her lack of knowledge of the level of cleanliness offered upon arrival versus our departure. Despite that, we had a beautiful time and i would recommend this condo, just beware of the owner.

Great condo
Condo was spotless, great view, loved sitting on the lanai. Linda is a great host, quickly responded to any questions prior to our booking and arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc.. Beach was uncrowded. Plenty of towels. We met many nice people staying there and had a relaxing week.

Relaxing Beach Stay
Our family had a very peaceful stay, the walk to the beach took all of a minute, the walk to the pool was even closer. The condo had everything we needed for the week.

Great location
Great beach location. Belleair Beach is our favorite spot in Florida. Parking at this property has its problems and some renters had so many guests they took over the pool area.

Ralph I reached out to you several times to make sure everything was OK and you said everything was fine if you would’ve told me that one of the units had too many guestsand we’re hogging the pool I would’ve contacted that owner of that unit and ask them to resolve it But you are right it’s a perfect location

Perfect place to unplug from the world
Me, my adult daughter and my two school age foster kids stayed for 6 days over fall break! What a perfect location to unwind. Steps to the pool, short distance to the beach, perfect weather. Easy to come back and forth for meals and bathroom breaks. The area is peaceful and the beach was not crowded. We will be back!

Loved it!
Had a wonderful time at this property! Beach was steps away. When kids had enough of the beach, we headed to the pool which is also steps away from the door. Screened-in back patio was a plus—views of the sunset right from the patio. The owner was easy to communicate with throughout the stay if anything was needed.

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable beds, nicely decorated , covered porch area Cons: floor had severe water damage that had been that way for over 2 weeks but owner waited until the day before we checked in to let us know (so we did not have time to find a different rental) Floors are swelled up & causes trip hazard. Kitchen was extremely outdated & in disrepair. In order to access the unit you have to walk through the pool area (& 2 child safety gates, which is awkward when trying to get luggage to & from the unit). There is really only 1 parking spot, which is extremely tight. 2 spots if you park one in front of another, not fun trying to do a car shuffle). This is a lower level unit so expect to hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. I brought my concerns to the landlord upon checkin but they did not seem interested in making things right.

Stacy: Yes, you did request money back when you found out the floor was damaged before you arrived. You also said your daughter cut her leg but no picture was produced. You said the fridge wasn't cold enough when you'd only been there 90 minutes. Every time, you asked for money. There is no way you could have found a beachfront property two weeks before your arrival, so we didn't cancel on you to fix the problem, but ordered new rugs. They came the day after you checked in, but after your numerous texts, i thought it best for you to check out before we came over and disturbed you. I did ask you to reach out to me after you'd had a good night's sleep to make sure the fridge was working and heard nothing. The current guest never even noticed and floor problem even after i asked them. WE have no control over the county's mandate on pool fencing. If there was a problem with noise, you never mentioned it or anything else after your intial check in. i could have contacted the upstairs owner and asked the tenant to try to be quieter. Sorry you were disappointed.

You can't beat the price for this property. You are right on the Gulf of Mexico with the ocean out the front and the pool out the back. The property manager was extremely responsive. The king bed was not too soft - perfect for my back. Comfortable sheets in all the rooms. Definitely made sleeping nice.

Cozy family of 4 getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. We have 2 sons (ages 9 & 10) and the unit was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was perfect, and the 2 twin beds worked out great for the kids. It was pet friendly for our small dog as well which was wonderful. There is a nice grassy area just outside the sliders to enjoy the beach without getting sandy as well. The walk to the beach is a hop, skip, and a jump which makes it easy to run back to the condo to use the bathroom or gather supplies. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time! Walk out your back door and your on the beach. Loved the backyard and back porch as well. Can’t beat it. Really comfortable king bed. Smart tvs we’re easy to use. Great location for a kids.

Beautiful location right on the beach, easy to find. Condo was as described. Clean. Owner easily accessible if needed. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud at times but that happens. We would definitely rent again. Loved the morning walks on the beach!

Fun in the sun!
We had a great experience with Lynda and her property. It had a beautiful view from the porch and you can also "hang" at the beach. This was just what we were looking for. It's a short walk from the porch (38 steps) to the beach and the neighbors were all friendly people to be around. There is also a pool, if you prefer that to gulf. We enjoyed our stay!

Can't go wrong with this place!
We've stayed here a few times now and hope many more times. Great location, close to Clearwater but without the hustle of the city. Plenty of things to do around this property. The beach is just steps from the backdoor which is a added bonus for my family. The property host Lynda has always been good to work with. If you are wanting to stay in the Clearwater area you can't go wrong with this place!
