The rooms, staff and location are great. The hotel is close to highways and local attractions and provides daily breakfast. The rooms have plenty of space and the full kitchens were a huge benefit for our week long trip. I would recommend not bringing a large veh because the parking spaces are very tight.

This hotel is very close to Tropicana Field. It is about a 20 minute walk. There is an elevated bridge over the highway to reach the stadium so if you are able to walk this hotel is a good option. The hotel seemed clean enough and many people were enjoying the outside pool and loungers. Coffee, tea and a bag of microwaveable popcorn was complimentary in the room.

Breakfast was very good. We were in a room that had door in it which could be opened into the adjacent room. People occupying that room were up till 5 o’clock in the morning making lots of noise and we could hear everything that they were saying and doing. We asked to have our room changed as we had very little sleep, and were told that the people would be “talked to,” but there was not a room available because they were booked. The noise was a lot less the next night, but it resumed again on the third night. No one ever checked with us after our initial complaint.

The hallway smelled of smoke. The couch in the room had many stains on it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The parking spots are very small. They hardly had any handicap spots.

Called with an electrical issue, Staff did not know how the room worked, would not send help to clear the problem, dismissed us with no alternatives. (master switch). Tub drain didn't, like showering on a sinking submarine.

Walking distance to Tropicana field. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had some odd choices, but nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again.

Was there for my aunts 89/80th birthdays. They accommodated us with such friendly care! If we requested extra time/needs, they were so kind to fulfill our needs

The stay was great BUT I just got my credit card bill and I saw that they charged us for the 2 nights that we stayed, even though we paid it in advance. Be careful, people!!! The Hotels always ask to provide a credit card number, “just in case”, but this “incident” happened twice to us this past year.

The hotel was a good value. The hallway rugs need to be replaced, along with room 517 couch. Staff was warm, friendly, helpful, and worked very hard. The lady serving the breakfast buffet was incredible. She was warm & friendly while working at warp speed to replace food items and keep the area clean!!!

At first glance, the hotel looks amazing and staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After the first night, we were but unfortunately didn’t see anything until after the second night stay. My wife and kids were bit by bed bugs! We immediately alerted the staff and was at, helpful and showed genuine concern. That changed quickly increasingly worse the more we asked for assistance getting a new room, help with cleaning our items, etc. Eventually, the offers some laundry soap, and a new room but after reading some past reviews, we found this to have happened before within the last few years, most recently and couple month ago. We ended up checking out, never going to our second room. Ironically, we continued to read reviews and found another customer on the same day we checked out was given the same treatment and worse yet, initially moved into our room that had the bed bugs! Poor communication, limited customer service, and certainly a place I will never stay again. Ultimately, we had to go through Expedia to get a full refund and as a last note, Expedia representatives were on point with all that I needed and helpful to expedite process of getting our refund.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a very nice variety, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel was in walking distance to the Tampa Bay Rays stadium and Enchanted Christmas. This was our second year staying here, and I’m sure we will stay again.

The property is well located and easy to get to. It needs some care. I was told the sleeper sofas were going to be replaced but the first room it was so badly stained and dirty my girlfriend and I would not sit on it. The next room it was also bad. The bathtub drain was clogged and water backed up.

Good location. Friendly and helpful front-desk. I called several times to ask a question before arrival and was sent thru "push this number" directory hell-over and over again. The one live person I talked to immediately sent me back to push button # hell. This may be a national level problem rather than local but there was no way to tell as I could not directly contact the front desk.

It was convenient to downtown. Decent breakfast. The overnight clerk upon arrival was disengaged with my concern that the couch in the room was dirty. She did reassign us a room with no issue. The drawers in the rooms would not close.
