Pool water is heated regardless of the temperature, and the pool people were delightful. Plenty of room - both sofas are sleeper sofas. Utilitized the free wi-fi. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals (SBVR) Had someone come the next day to put sheets on the beds. We were short 3 pool tags which took 5 days to get replacements. Toilet seat broke (one of the bolts holding it on broke off) and the toilet completely stopped working in the guest bath - 2 days to get fixed. Friday the microwave died when I first called I was told I would have a new one in a couple of hours. Four hours later I called for a status and they said they were waiting for the owners approval. 3 hours later I got a call and they ordered one from amazon and I wouldn't get there until Saturday. Got it late afternoon on Saturday. I didn't bother unboxing it we were leaving on Monday am. To say I was not happy with SBVR would be an understatement. ##### David B.
