Just Listed! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath spectacular condo located at Azure! INTRACOASTAL WATER VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. The spacious living areas feature comfortable furnishings, upscale appliances, and large flat screen tv's in the master bedroom and the living room. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience, along with numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Just off the main living room area is a relaxing balcony where you can view the intracoastal waterway, or the gorgeous pool with hot tub and fountains below. Your unit comes with parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The Master Bedroom has a King, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen Beds.

This unit is located close to everything you will need for a fabulous vacation! You'll find a Publix grocery store, gas station, and the Island Way Grill, all within walking distance. It's a short distance by car or trolley to the famous Clearwater Aquarium and the white sands of Clearwater Beach. By car, Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach is only a 5 minute drive!

Stayed for a month for work. Condo was great location. Very clean and well appointed... lots of room when family came to visit. Easy to get to...lovely to sit on balcony beside the water. Thanks for having me - definitely want to return!

Beautiful Property!

Absolutely beautiful condo and clean as a whistle! Only half mile to the beach and trolley access was very easy and affordable. Loved having access to gas grills which were also spotless. Only downside was construction in front of the building but this area did just experience two major hurricanes a few months ago. Also the pool is in shade by 2:00 this time of year . Would definitely stay here again!
