Bedroom #1 has a full sized bunk bed with a single trundle and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV, and access to the front balcony. Bedroom #3 can be used interchangeably as a home office or bedroom—it includes a queen size murphy bed, a flat screen TV, desk/workspace, and access to the front balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and lots of counter space. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house. The two full bathrooms are situated on the 3rd floor. One of these full baths is a private en-suite connected to bedroom #1, while the other is shared among the remaining two bedrooms. Additionally, there are two half baths. Inconvenience with stove not working properly. All family to share a bathroom with hot water not working & toilet overflowing. Carpets had not been cleaned, paying a cleaning fee when home was not complete. Trash left out & overflowing when arrived. No master suite. All bedrooms on the third floor. Condition of the home did not provide a high end feel with a mold smell upon arrival. Toilet paper holders not secured on the walls- cheaply put together. Had to locate toilet paper was none provided in the bathrooms. Location was 10 minutes from a grocery store and pier. Smoke buds on premise & supposed to be non-smoking- my son had bad allergies to smoking. Pool vacuum stayed in the pool for entire visit- already a small pool made it difficult to enjoy.
