The property was very will kept, beautiful views of the Gulf and was a short 5 minute walk straight out the back of the property...my only complaint is the rooms could be little cleaner...like wiping off the washer and dryers and the light fixtures could use a good cleaning, especially the bathroom,where housekeeping needs to do better,found hair on the shelves ...but other than that we enjoyed are stay and would go back.

This location is great! It’s family friendly, RIGHT on the beach! Amazing views, easy parking, can walk out on the beach, we go back every year to either this property or the other down the street and it never disappoints. They are constantly keeping up with maintenance and updates and upgrades, front desk is so helpful! I love there’s a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the units, for nights you want to stay in and watch the sunset.. this place never disappoints!

We keep coming back! I think this was our 6th time staying here. Its so convenient! They have chairs and beach towels and sometimes floats, umbrellas amd coolers! They make for an easy beach stay 10 out of 10. We'll be back soon!

View from balcony was stunning. Sunsets every night. Every room faces the ocean. Room spacious. All amenities you would need in kitchen. Pool was a perfect temperature and area around pool had sufficient chairs. Can’t beat stepping out of condo property onto the best beach.

We enjoyed our wedding anniversary there. The location is convenient, the staff very nice, the view from the condo beautiful, the beach and sunset perfect. They provided beach chairs and towels. The living room furniture needs to be updated. the sofa bed is old, not comfortable at all. On the day it rained and we had to use it to watch movies, it was awful

memorial weekend getaway

Location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. A plus was getting the use of a couple of beach chairs since we traveled by air. There was plenty of towels and supplies like paper towels and soaps. The place could have been cleaned better. There was sand in one of the dining chairs and the floor needed mopped. Bed however was clean and comfortable. One elevator was hit and miss and the other was down our entire stay. The staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dirty spare linen

Location was great! Had a view of the Gulf. Room was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking. Great to have a washer and dryer. Only complaint was the spare linen for the sofa bed did not seem clean. Blanket smelled and spare pillows were awful. We used the sofa bed so it was disappointing. Housekeeping should check on these items.

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views! The location was great, and the entire property had a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. We had a good stay at South Beach Condo Hotel in the St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island area. The location was fantastic—right by the Gulf, with easy beach access, beautiful sunset views, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions like John’s Pass just a short drive or walk away. Our condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, reliable Wi-Fi, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer. It felt much more relaxing than a standard hotel room. The property itself was well maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating areas, grills, and laid-back beach atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole stay felt easy from check-in to check-out. South Beach Condo Hotel is a great choice for couples and anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront getaway with the space and convenience of a condo. We would likely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the St. Pete Beach area.

Unbelievable view of the gulf. When we reported an issue with the AC, Anna had a repairman there in about a hour. Plenty of room. Never had an issue finding a parking spot just steps from the front door.
