Very nice hotel on the beach. They renovated recently and the rooms are updated and modern. The courtyard and the area around the new restaurant looks great with lots of seating and nice landscaping. Comfortable beds and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

I typically go during off season so the beach and resort are pretty quiet. But, that's my choice. Been coming here since 2019, 3 times a year, and there have been a lot of changes. The beach bar, Rum Runners is gone, but is now a big restaurant and bar. Nice, but like the old outdoor style.

Hotel staff went above & beyond to help our group with 7 rooms & over 20 people for a 3-night stay extra special. Rum Runners food & staff were excellent too. We expected some hiccups with it being a large group & the holiday weekend, but everyone had a great time! We definitely would stay again!

The Shower tiles and trim had some black that needs cleaned or painted. The pool was nice, clean, and directly on the beach. I would stay again. Great place for Teens. Safe location walking distance to starbucks.

I’m not judging the fact that this hotel is DATED, but when we got to our room… it was only partially clean. Trash hadn’t been removed, table not wiped down, towels not picked up. Housekeeping responded quickly to remedy a couple things but left me feeling like the room just wasn’t clean…. Beach was easily accessed but one of the gates to get back in doesn’t actually let you back in, others did work. Didn’t use other amenities. Pool did look nice.

Beautiful beach and pool area with a poolside restaurant and bar . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, shower grout could have been scrubbed better to remove mildew.

They gave us the wrong room at first, we paid extra for ocean view, and they didn’t have our original room available so we had to stay in the wrong room for the first day + night. But they moved our room around 1pm the next day with a better view, even though most of the view was the top of the building with some ocean. The staff was super friendly and understanding though! We did get a $100 room credit, but that went towards the daily parking fee + resort fees which was $287 total! The floors weren’t very clean in the room, and we only had 1 fork for the room, no napkins, there was plates but no silverware. There was 4 of us 😅 You do have to pay $20 a day for 1 beach chair, or $57 for two chairs and an umbrella. We did not do this, we just used towels which they supply. There was another place we went that supplied all of this and more for a super similar price. We personally won’t be staying here again unless it’s the last option. You only have a nice view with the balcony if you are on floors 6-8. We were on floor 4.

We only stayed one night, but wished it was longer! The beachfront views were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect setting to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the arrival process quick and easy. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The server was attentive and personable, and the menu offered a great variety of delicious options. One of the best amenities was the easy beach access. The hotel provided towels, and there were chairs and cabanas available to rent, making it easy to spend the day by the ocean in comfort. We would stay here again.

The room was clean. The rooms are a little out dated and have wear and tear but for the price it’s worth it. The staff was amazing and upgraded us to the top floor balcony room for no extra charge. You can’t beat the view. It’s amazing. Air conditioning is freezing cold! Loved staying here. I’ll be back.
