Please calculate the number of guests yourself as due to local regulation we cannot advertise the big number of spaces. It came with a multi use game table and a nice size swimming pool/spa to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes, a toaster, coffee pot, etc which allowed us to cook simple meals rather than spending the extra money going out for all of our meals. While being a little inland, it was close enough to the beach, shopping and restaurants that we weren’t feeling like we had to spend a lot of time driving back and forth. There were ants and silverfish both inside the house and outside.
