Sunset Paradise is a 3rd floor, waterfront, corner unit condo that is bathed in natural light from its extra corner-unit windows. Watch amazing sunsets from your private balcony every evening. The views from the balcony pan from the Delgado Memorial bridge, the famous Don Caesar all the way up the intracoastal waterway! This recently updated and elegant condo has an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a slider door with access to the balcony as well as a view of the intracoastal waterway from the windows. It features a new hybrid foam mattress and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo that has a grab bar. It also has dual vanities. The secondary suite overlooks the resort-style pool, hot tub, and lush grounds. There is a plush king size mattress and a large bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower. Sunset Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast, a lunch to bring to the beach or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. The large dining table offers plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a tasty meal together. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your private use. The condo is outfitted with hurricane impact windows and sliders, which make the environment inside more comfortable and quieter. We’re excited to share that Sunset Paradise is a newly purchased property! We have recently updated the dining room furniture, living room furniture and secondary bedroom furniture. In the living room we have purchased a new 65" Samsung Smart 4k TV, equipped with cable. Bed linens, towels and decor have been updated as well. This condo is part of the Bahia Vista II condo association located on the very popular island of Isla Del Sol. This community offers an incredible waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, with a view of the intracoastal waterway. There is a private beach just a few steps from the condo, available only to guests in our condo association, and is another great location to watch the sunset, aquatic wildlife, and a wide variety of boats. In addition, the island offers lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways. Sunset Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offers the convenience of home while away. All linens and towels are provided. There are sound machines, multiple luggage racks and beach towels located in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and blow-up style pool noodles are provided. There are many other things we have included to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. The location is magical with views that are absolutely wonderful. We saw dolphins, birds, and all types of boats going by; just so relaxing. The pool and little private beach area were awesome and St Pete beach was a quick drive across the bridge. Cant say enough good things about the area or the condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the sunsets on the balcony are unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that feels both beautifully designed and genuinely comfortable, and this one strikes that balance perfectly.Everything I needed was right there, and the space is so thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. Jen and Marty were incredibly responsive and helpful, with clear communication and easy instructions from start to finish.I felt completely at home the entire time and would absolutely stay here again.
