  • Managed personally by Premier Hosts Cristian & Cristina, praised in hundreds of guest reviews for spotless cleanliness and fast communication. Royal Marina is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo in the gated Avalon at Clearwater community, with no neighbors above and a 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Royal Dream, our other condo, is right next door on the same floor, ideal for families renting two units together.

The property was located perfectly for us. Very well decorated and felt like I was in a tropical oasis away from my home so it was a good getaway. They had everything we needed and I would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our spring break trip to Tampa. We were basically in the middle of the different attractions we wanted to see. Busch Gardens, the aquarium, zoo, and museums were about 45 minutes away, Clearwater beach was less than 30 minutes in the other direction. The pool was a great place down the kids to cool off and play at the end of the day. Publix and Walmart were 5 minutes away. The condo itself had everything we needed and slept a family of four plus my mother very comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were so attentive and willing to work with us on check-in/check-out times. Any time I messaged them they replied within 30 minutes. The condo was clean, had a great location, and was everything we needed for our vacation! I would HIGHLY recommend both this condo and the host!

Our condo was very nice and the layout was great This was our first time staying in this unit but our third time staying at the Avalon condos The pool area is beautiful and stays at 84 degrees all yr round Location was good with lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Clearwater Retreat

The Avalon - Clearwater, FL - Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed this property. We could not be more pleased with the detailed information/communication with the property manager. We loved our stay at Royal Marina! The unit was clean and well decorated with all the kitchen and bathroom items you could need. The area is secure and only a few minute drive from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and morning coffee on the patio! We can’t wait to go back!

At Home in Clearwater

Very nice and convenient location. The accomodations were well appointed and comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We found it easier to use the community pool in the late afternoon or early evening as it was full of children from 10am until 4pm.
