Wake up to Intracoastal views in Coral Resort C-4, a bright Clearwater Beach studio for two. Enjoy a full bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and private waterfront balcony. Spend downtime at the shared heated pool, fishing dock or courtyard, then walk to nearby Gulf beach access, restaurants and cafes. One parking space is included, with a parking pass required. Paid shared laundry is on site. This is an Intracoastal property; the Gulf beach is a short walk away. Primary guest must be 25+.

YOUR PRIVATE SUITE
An open studio with a full bed for two, full kitchen, dining table and walk-in shower. Linens, towels, starter toiletries and coffee are provided.

WATERFRONT RESORT & BEACH OUTINGS
Coral Resort is on the Intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The Gulf beach is a short walk away. The heated waterfront pool, dock, courtyard and grill are shared with other guests. Shared amenities are managed by the resort and may close for maintenance.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
One vehicle and one parking space per reservation. Display the parking pass from your unit. Do not park on site before 4:00 PM; use nearby paid public parking for early arrivals. Shared laundry accepts credit cards: regular machines $2.50 per wash or dry; large machines $3.00 per wash or dry, subject to change. Pets are not permitted.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 25. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements. The primary guest must be present at check-in under the HOA age policy.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Please take note of the following details:
- Supplies: Initial toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided and typically last 3-5 days. Additional supplies are not guaranteed, but plenty of nearby stores are available if you need more. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site laundry facilities to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.
- Construction: There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM as we work to restore Coral Resort. By booking, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary. We appreciate your understanding.
- Pest Note: While we regularly treat our homes for pests, it is not uncommon to see pests in Florida due to the heat (e.g., cockroaches, ants, spiders). We do not offer refunds for pest sightings, but we are happy to address concerns as soon as possible.
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.
- Situations Beyond Our Control: We cannot provide refunds for inconveniences caused by situations beyond our control, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.
- Pack 'n Plays: Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm.
- Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and requested for return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
